The BTC Horse Racing Thread

I know it's an old thread but please feel free to add to this thread with any suggestions for the horse racing software: https://forum.betfairtradingcommunity.com/topic/1087/btc-horse-racing-software-wish-list/14
We have developed most of the back-end stuff now for the software and are starting the fun bit, i.e. the user interface

So this is definitely the time to tell us what you want to see in there.
What stats do you want to see?
What strategies do you want to be able to test?
What do you want to be able to customise?
What's good and bad about the current software you're using?
-
@john-folan just let @Adam know what you want, maybe use his stats support thread or send him a private message on here

@Richard-Latimer Is your winning warlock up the spout for everywhere apart from Beverly?
@John-Folan did contact on twitter and the guy who runs it has another site but only limited info there. The Aspiring HorsePlayer.
Sent him a tweet. Will let you know if I get anything back? At the very least I would hope to be able to get the data in terms of results so I can keep adding to the sheet.
It’s back @Richard-Latimer . Our moaning worked
Actually all working bar Ascot
Saved you some cash today then as only one qualifier and that bloody well won haha!
I looked through and found one. Half Nutz? Ascot might be affecting it this week. Big festivals seem to affect a lot. I know @Charles-Cartwright thinks the same and he knows a lot more than I do.

Was hoping to get the selections posted before bed but again winning warlock playing up. Not the soundest of resources if I can't get it to play ball. Hopefully can replicate this idea with btc stats when they are up.
if you let Adam know what you want we may be able to ensure it

Is it worth setting something up for some user input? I know I had a chat with Ryan and Adam and mentioned the data from the inform inrunning tool would be helpful.(dob rates, inrunning lows etc). Might be worth doing the same for place data as well.

Point lost on the trobs. Treading water since the return of racing.

It was yesterday. Still the same? Pain if so.
Yep I’m going to contact him. I looked at using the IRTT but his ratings are different.

Today's Trobs. 3.5-20 odds range only

@richard-latimer said in The BTC Horse Racing Thread:

Another 5 selections and depending on the price point a little more profit.
If you did them all at 2.8 @John-Folan you must have a small loss unless any were reduced with non runners?
Small loss but that’s my own fault for doing the odds on one.

Trobs. These are currently on 10% of my usual stakes due to the restart and the fact it's Ascot week. A couple of today's will be knocked out on price. Let's hope they don't c**k up the start like the idiot yesterday. Annoying thing is it ran well after that.

Bloody typical . First one drifts outside of the 3.5-20 filter and then pisses the race. I shall take solace in the fact they are starting to perform.
So overall today two hit the odds filters. One trobbed and one didn’t so one point profit. Nice.
