7 points today. All of them dobbed (which I don’t do)and all bar one Trobbed. What I love about these is it only takes a couple to put you back on track.

@angus-macleod yes it’s annoying
-
@Martin-Futter I sometimes take the full green in play as a free bet and aim for about a 50% increase on the pre race profit but this time I decided to cash out as I didn't have confidence in its ability to steam down enough in play. If I backed the horse and it was withdrawn, would my stake not be refunded to me had I not equalised? At least then I would have lost nothing but what grates on me is the fact I had made the profit and exited, yet even then it was still taken of me.
I've seen horses throw off jockeys before but I've never had profits taken off me so this was a new one.
-
@angus-macleod annoying but technically the horse was withdrawn so Betfair could not pay out. Think of it like this if you backed the horse and didn’t trade out you would be pissed off and it wouldn’t be very fair.

Right gents, question for you. I was trading the 14:15 at Ayr today, pre race scalping. I made my profit on the second horse and greened up/ equalised the markets so I was out and my profit was safe...
..except it wasn't
The horse broke out of the stalls and ran off round the course, which albeit at the time looked quite funny to watch....until Betfair...THE SHITES..decided to close the market on that horse and rob me of my profit!!!
Has this happened to anyone else in the past? I don't understand how they can take money off you when you have cashed out of the market and fully exited your position.
Anyone else had this?

Strange again today. Markets are trading inrunning weirdly.
On to tomorrows 3.5-9.0
-
Small loss yesterday. Weird days trading.
-
One point loss yesterday. Plenty to go at today 3.5-9 odds range
-
Nothing hit today. Here are tomorrows TROBS. 3.5-9 odds range only
-
@cyril-reaney yes it does. Thx Cyril!

@andrew-wooding
Yes Andrew this is a useful starting point.Its also worth looking at 3 place laying when 1 is very short say 1.4 to 1.6 and the next 2 under 2.0.you need to look and see their are a couple more with chances.It is very useful where you have Unraced maidens where market is guessing.
Today their are quite a number of class 5and class6 races at Catterick which are generally good for laying .Horses at this level are unreliable in terms of repeating efforts.As an example the fav in 12 45 had failed to place in 11 previous outings..it was available to lay 3.6 up to 4.0 and around events in the place market.I find sprints 5 and 6 furlongs very good for this.
In many races on betfair there is a 2places market even in races with many runners .
Hope this helps -
Hi All.
Laying the place for the top 2 in the market, in a 5-7 runner race where only 2 places are paid. Assuming both runners are odds on for the place.Got legs? Garbage?

I'm not altogether sure there's much point in continuing the winning warlock lays when the site keeps failing to update. I am definitely going to look into something similar though when the horse stats become available.
-
Another point scored yesterday as one winner and one loser. Two selections today. 3.5-9.0 Odds range.

@richard-latimer Ha ha, fair enough
