@martin-futter
Hi Martin and all,
I tried today Dob strategy on 5 horse racings today. 4 horses dobbed but I lost my stake because it hasn't been matched, but the horse definitely dobbed.
Do you have the same problem?
Where do you put your stake? Where no more money for being first in the queue or where the dob strategy says you should put on that odds?
Thank you for help -

Fancy these as potential decent back to lays today, no strategy yet, just going to monitor for a while. Not got an odds range as monitoring but guessing below 3.0 BSP won't be very easy to DOB and anything odds on is totally void.
Mah Mate Bob 1.07 Ayr - BSP 7.5 Lowest Price In-running 5.5
Flaminger 1.55 Ascot - BSP 5.75 Lowest Price In-running 2.52
Marie's Diamond 2.40 Newmarket - BSP 8.44 Lowest Price In-running 5.3
Rockesbury 5.00 Wolves - BSP 5.8 Lowest Price In-running 1.7Solid if unspectacluar day
4/4 33% profit (1/3rd dob)
3/4 50% profit (half dob)
2/4 100%+ DOBs -

Iām also looking forward to this software coming into effect. Like the idea of different trade selections being provided as it would seem to give you the opportunity to pick trades based on your own personal trading style/ attitude to risk

@gary-brown I think it's similar but easier for people to use, think it also suggests selections based on what type of trade you want to do, will know more when we all see it!
yes the big advantage of horses is that you can trade it during the normal working day, so for me it's ideal as I can still spend social hours with family

can we do selections like with the footie.
It would be great trade a few horses and move onto the footie in the evenings.
Also helps when their are gaps in the footie seasons with limited games if we can get the gee gees winning us all some cash -

@gary-brown I'm definitely going to be getting much more involved on horses, I'm so excited about the new software.

Assume Chagall went low given that it lost by a short head, good first day will update when timeform update the BSP and inplay low.
Yep 5.05 to 1.76, cracking selections esp the last!

@martin-futter how you selecting them mate? With the run up to the software coming id like to automate a few horse racing things or at least test a few with min stakes. I tried back to lays but i think my criteria was too relaxed a while a go. Iv only really made money pre race scalping. Probably hold off till software see what people come up with.

Putting up slowmo in next at Newcastle as a back to lay....around 7.4 to back .
-
@martin-futter are you getting money matched on these bud? low liquidity on these horses might be the issue long term?
