One of the worst weeks in ages.

One of my bots can pretty much predict what it's going to make that day by about late morning. Pain in the arse looking at it in the morning and then seeing it obliterated an hour later when everything is cancelled

I have had a look through the results from 2024 of some of the strategies I have been testing in the Horse Racing Software.

The two strategies that have performed the best are:

Dobs still ticking along. Going to take another look at lay the beaten favourite again. That did so well for a little while.

Every year, I get annoyed on the 23rd when I realise racing has finished for Christmas.

Then, I remember how good it is Boxing Day.

77 GB and IRE races if my slightly beer-addled counting doesn't deceive me.

These have been excellent since I posted them. Dobbing is still my favourite strategy.

Ive officially abandoned my Lay 3rd fav strategy today. Since you asked this question(27th Aug) Its pretty much not moved. Its shot up to a 30 point gain, nearly hit 40 points then has hovered between 30 and 40 for 3 months. Frankly, I get pissed off when it has a bad day and eats into my L2B profit! So, its done. Slowly find myself heading away from automation and looking to be more in control of my horse racing...

Not to mention I had a mare(no pun intended!) and accidently deleted my original one...along with some others

Horse racing is so frustrating some times. My biggest paydays are still scalping and lay to backs.Neither of which are automated
