@richard-latimer Ran it in simulation mode and got 3 matched but didn't record data as it didn't fully meet.

LTF
I notice the last had 3 horse at a price in the 3's. 3 matched. Didn't do it as didn't fit what has been looked at but interesting nonetheless.
Would be easy enough to look at...maybe in smaller fields look for just 3 to 4 horses within say 3 pts of the fav at a min of >2.9 and set a more aggressive trade point so that if you get 2 then you get a decent return?
Just set it up now to run on BFBM, small fields (so 5-8 runners) to avoid having two in play at the same time. Fav between 2.5 and 4.0 and at least 3 runners within 3 points of that mark. Lay to fire at 1.61. Liability of only a quid since have nothing to base this on!!
Nothing looks like firing in the US meetings today for me on the regular LTF. Will see how I go overnight on the Aus meetings. Have upped the min liquidity to $150K to try to get rid of most of the dross but it may mean I get almost no action.

@richard-latimer
Yes I was thinking of trying that aswell mate, as the earlier you get one matched the more time you have for something else to happen, waiting to drop from 4 to say 1.81,ain’t gonna happen quick but if you have a fav of say 2.5 might hit 1.81 earlier then get drift out and if it wins then so be it, could be interesting -

Nothing really matching yet tonight for LTF

Seems like incredibly slim pickings tonight despite there being 2 meetings

Did anyone see if the last qualified? It didn't when I looked. @Alan-Steward?

One of the big pieces missing for analysis is that the LIR prices from BF don't seem to be available anywhere that I can find unless you are monitoring the race in real time yourself.
Makes it really hard to model the P/L of different entry points. If anyone has any success in finding this data for either Aus or US racing would be great to know.
4 trades overnight in Aus....2 races only 1 hit and 2 races 2 hit at 1.76 so a net -1pt. Still believe that this is close to where you want to be trading.....can't see that needing 3 horses to convert just to get any kind of green is the way to go. Happy to be proven wrong though.
Nothing hit on my filters at WRD in the US yesterday.

@charles-cartwright Was this Fonner Park? I saw amount traded there was pretty awful last night.
Yup. They run $5000 claimers there apparently. I had never heard of it but took a look last night. Churchill Downs it aint.
You would be better off backing the donkeys on Blackpool sands.

Evening chaps. It's been a funny one at Buck Rogers Down. I've traded and watched them all. A good few would've matched 3 (sadly I was on a different strategy) and the ones that looked likely never bit.
Here is who Will Rogers is if you are interested....was a big deal in Okie land back in the day.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Will_Rogers
The racetrack is on a Cherokee reservation in Oklahoma hence they named it in honor of him.
There is some really low grade stuff starting up now from Nebraska. Fortunately for you guys it probably doesn't get started until you have gone to bed!

@richard-latimer Right with you . So because there was all that money matched at 2.0 If never quite managed to fall below that's annoying mate
Yeah I know. I pondered 2.0 as well but went 1.98 in the end haha!! Could have gone for 2.0 but still been unmatched I guess if there more than £800 queued. 2.02 would have been guaranteed.
@Alan-Steward still without a proper loser if taking 2.02.

Yep 1pt loss for me and as the race was on during tea time I didn't measure all other lowest traded price
Closest after 2.0 was 3.1. I looked at the graphs after.

@richard-latimer I was taking Charles advice as he is testing around the 1.7 mark only a small loss though which I can accept. So you got matched at 1.98 if so I wonder what the lowest the 2nd place got to must have been around 1.85 mark ?
No, there was the winner @ 1.01 obv and 2nd place @ 2.00. Missed it by a tick.

Same here gents, was sure this was going to get 2 matched but no joy
