@john-folan Great start to the month today Johnny Boy 💪🏼😎

We deserved that!!. Horse racing drives me up the wall sometimes 🤣

@John-Folan and @Lee-Colvin , were you on 4 horses yesterday or just 3? Also were you on 2 today or 3?

Results from yesterday dont have the 18:30 Kempton, cant see why it wouldnt qualify (my bot was on and lost), and today looks like my bot just missed the 20:30 which would of been a winner?

Rather than post the SOL's daily, here is the file I use to get my qualifiers from. It is the same as the one on the megathread, but has the runner numbers and DSLR rules removed. @Martin, can you add this to the pinned post. It's not a replacement for the current one so leave that there(so you can check your fully filtered results.

    Hope that makes sense.

    love it!

been asked about Dobs what's your current main dob strategy mate?

Got a jumps one. Just trying to find something for the flat. Hopefully the two combined will give a decent return.

@Caroline The Pace Letter relates to how the horse ran in its previous races, so H = Held Up, P = Prominent, L = Led (I think.). It can only get allocated once the race is finished, so obviously if you are using it then it can only be historical. therefore for example if you wanted to bet on horses that typically are front runners then you would perhaps look for Pace Letter = L in 100% of last 4 runs..

    OK Yet ANOTHER question 🙂
I was looking at ways to improve a strategy and was looking through the Results Breakdown
Being selective with the pace letter seemed to make a difference, however when I tried to add that to the system it was asking me to specify a % of x runs.
What is the pace letter in the results breakdown based on please
    Many thanks

I'll tag @Adam as he will be able to explain this

@fraser-cord Yeah, that’s what I mean. The software says it’s seven but John has had a losing run of 12. I can only assume it’s because John doesn’t do Saturday’s with that strat, hence the longer losing run 🤷🏻‍♂️

That and a couple of borderline ones that decided to hit the bot but not the software. It came back from that it will come back from this

@lee-colvin Yeh i just ran the software from april 2021 after looking at todays bad news, software's longest losing run says 7, will be 8 tomorrow morning once it updates.

I guess you take the rough as long term this has to turn (surely), but man alive its been a hard few days.

@john-folan A losing run of 12 is quite a bit more than what the software states mate, it only says the longest losing run is seven. Is there perhaps a glitch somewhere maybe John?

@john-folan I've been looking back through my strategies and December and January have been the longest losing runs/ biggest downturns. I'm sure the abandoned races throws the figures out as there's fewer trades to swing it
