@Richard-Latimer Yeah, too many funny characters and storylines to name and spoil for anyone who hasn't seen it. I miss the show, will be thrilled if another season comes along.
-
@Stephen-Hancox that's the thing isn't it. There's no real villains other than Rupert and he's hardly in it.
Loved the arc with Nate too although won't spoil it.
-
@Richard-Latimer Yeah big fan of Ted Lasso, a real positive feel good entertainment. I hated Jamie Tartt to begin with but the gradual character change over time was impressive. Roy Kent is hilarious. Also "Football is life!"
-
@Richard-Latimer This was recommended to me by some random on a plane and I still haven't got round to it, will check it out though!

Any Ted Lasso fans here?
Just finished season 3 convinced it works be the final one. Seems the cast are up for doing more.
Another show you can add to the list of....it's just nice. Makes you feel totally warm and cosy.
-
And Tommo. First saw him in Plebs which was decent.
-
I love the actor who plays Vinnie. He's brilliant in most things he's in to be honest.
-
@Richard-Latimer when he argues with his neighbour about pigs, "Your pig is a c***" "No, your pig is a c***)
-
When Jim (the old farmer) starts having an argument with himself in a shop/pub window.
You fookin bastard. What you fookin looking at?
-
@Simon-Bates that good? never watched it
-
Brassic season 6 started today, I'll probably have it completed by the end of the day
-
Just watched Season 1 of Shrinking with Harrison Ford and Jason Segel.
Great characters, great chemistry, great heart and very funny. Loved it!

I think I need to watch Gomorrah again. When I first watched it I thought the acting was terrible and that it was a poor man's version of something else that was on at the time.
Everyone else seems to love it though so maybe I'm the one who's wrong!
The real story of the Di Lauros that it's based on is pretty interesting too.
-
@Richard-Latimer Maybe @Adam ?
-
Any fans of Gomorrah the series?
Tough and gritty mafioso drama.
Just finished tonight. Pretty much the perfect ending to a brilliant show I think.
-
@Akiva-Anderson I do so of my own volition. Knowledge is power and understanding of the world around you paramount. Bigotry of any persuasion is heinous.
The interview between Badiel and Margoyles was particuarly interesting as they both had very different viewpoints on some things and of course the same on others.
You don't have to agree on everything but you must be able to debate everything calmly.

Yeah that's a good one. Pretty shocking!
After reading Jews Don't Count some time ago I had wanted to watch the documentary. Finally got round to it tonight.
Very good. Lots of interviews with prominent Jewish people and a few clips showing that some just don't get it at present.
Everyone should be made to read or watch that documentary.
Thank you for doing so
