I actually think most people know the 'theory' when trading. The difficult part is putting the theory into practice.

The 3% is more of a target for me. It's just about having faith in the system I use (LTD at HT) - ironically I didn't do that tonight!
There will undoubtedly be losing days, but it is the end of the month that is important.

I'll maybe push it more if there are a lack of fixtures.

i think this is going to be invaluable to a lot of people thanks keith if there is ever a btc meet up i dont think yours and a few others bar bills will be very high

1st trade was successful. A goal after 21 minutes: Target has been hit for the day.

Love this. It's something I'm trying to do at present. I'm a swing sort of trader and trying to learn when I should exit as I've left certain trades go to long and either lost or got lucky. I've always been a bit aggressive with my staking this has given me a lot of ups and down. O just need to keep reminding myself that a small bit at a time still builds the bank instead of holding for the 100 percent profit on most trades.

If you remember I done something like this previously, but can’t find it and also we have quite a few new members since then!
Tonight I’m using 10% of my bankroll.
I’m an aggressive type of trader!

Brilliant idea buddy, fair play to you for posting transparency like this for traders adds a lot of value to the site. 3% a day is quite aggressive, im assuming your staking is 5% of the bank per trade?
