@Ryan-Carruthers yeah exactly. Also with me working a lot of hours but unsocial hours when I get home i still have like an hour or so left of the round to trade if I can.

Only downside I find is that I only have a sky sports subscription on now TV so it's a little delayed feeds. But I think with golf it might be a little lesser important than other sports

@simji yea that's why I am liking it because you can take your time with it and also I've noticed you can spot some players getting hot earlier like John Ram the other week.

    @Ryan-Carruthers

Conditions made the last round tricky and a slightly nervy. But paratore held his nerve even after his first two bogeys of the week. Harding just wasn't able to keep consistent.

It was a good back up trade on paratore £23 profit
Harding was £61 but as I was at work I decided that was a good trade off on the upside then moving it more equally. Not sure if that was right or not.

Yeah I think golf is more my trading style. As it's over 4 days enough time to get in and out over the days. At present I've only got into the market once and one exit.

I've found the big tournaments when looking has some good liability but I do see on some of the lesser players you don't get many matched trades lower down. Still trying to learn these multiple selection markets.

Paratore moved to 3.8 before tee off the second. Got matched at 3.3 for a small stake to back up my harding trade.

Hojgaard been shortening most of the day but a bogey has brought he price drifted to 7.8

Wind has picked up a lot so will be tricky in these conditions. So im not sure a there will be a really low score on the cards

I have work in an hour so might have to take an early position for an exit or let it run if it looks in a good green.

    Renato Paratore -16 [2.62]
    Justin Harding -15 [3.6]
    Rasmus Højgaard -14 [5.9]

All three players were tied at -15 until a bogey on the last for hojgaard. And birdie for paratore.

Paratore hasn't dropped a shot this week. He also hasn't been leading a tournament into the final day. Harding a bit more experience just behind him should give enough pressure in the last pairings.

Hojgaard with a 5 under round yesterday could be a good outsider. A few players could win it from a little bit back from these. After horsfield 10 under round to go -12 but three eagles in that round would be hard to repeat.

With the three at top of the leaderboard playing well this week and still being there since the half way stage.

I'm with the more experienced Harding at present but a couple of trades could happen if the front three are able to have a good start could be some good swings.

@Martin-Futter I'm going to give it a couple more tournament before I can be certain it's not just luck😂

It's from this position now not sure to do. Exit points aren't my strength at present.

I know if I cash out now it'll give the full market that cash out.

But if I use bet trader or betondroid on that selection and say green up using that would it only do it for that selection or the full market.

I took my liability out so I have a free bet on Harding at present will see how his first few holes go of he starts well I'll think about getting out of not I'll take a smaller profit? Market has been more on favour to paratore the last couple of rounds.

So last few tournament I've been trading golf. I've made some good decisions on selections but traded very badly. This is position I have going into the final day in the British masters.

    Anyone got any thoughts.

I've found that sometimes ive had a golfer that's done well but I can never get any prices to trade out.

@simji I think you'll see a few players doing well, Rory does well today potentially won't see a massive drop but I think there will be some people laying him as he has faltered recently.

@ryan-carruthers good idea. With Rory there and starts well today might not see many prices shortening. Sadly I don't have enough in (£2) so will need a little more drop before I can get out.

@martin-futter being a little bit careful as im learning from my mistake last week not to get out when I should of done. Withdrawals might not happen but wouldn't want to risk to much in case you get the some positive test if too many could end the tournament early. Saturday doesn't look to good weather there so will have to see how they get around that.

Garcia good round yesterday took his liability out.
Bryson if he has a good start will bring out liability around 6/7s

Thomas needs a 63/64 round to make the cut what could be around -3/-4

Rahm had a good round missed a few early birdies so a good round for him would see him shorten and will be out by end of the day that's the plan.

Trying to learn how multiples in one market work a little more now.

Very true. Theses been a few and would use extreme caution when trading. It's low stakes as well. I'll be getting out what ever after each round. In case there's a few more positive tests.

@simji said in Golf Trading 2020:

Datagolf makes this tourney ninth most difficult since 2019 winners at the the other 8 was 30/1, 12/1, 10/1, 40/1, 12/1, 50/1, 50/1 and 12/1

Normally this tournament doesn't have a strong field for when it's normally on also the course doesn't penalize mistakes off the tee.

4 golfers I'm tailing at the start are

    Bryson @12.5
    Thomas @ 13
    Garcia @ 60
    Rahm @ 18.5

I’d be careful with this as a number of golfers and/or there caddies been diagnosed with COVID 19 and withdrawn - Brooks Koepke and Graham McDowell are two of them but there are more
