Hello

Hi, I signed up last Saturday and I have spent the last week checking out all the different content on offer. I have found this to be very interesting if somewhat daunting.
I am a retired bloke with time on my hands, so a hobby, that with patients may supplement my pension and keep the grey cells active. I have arrive at your site via matched betting (my initial bank £445). I have also tried other similar site to yourselves. I never truly felt comfortable on the other sites as the people were never really visible. All of their content was read this and do do that, not the best way to pick up new skills. So thought that I would check your site out. I am impressed with high number of videos that you have in your library and your approachability.
What do I need in the way of help, well I've done two trades from the E-mails that you send out both successful. I used the split stake strat with two times £2 stakes. Just to try things out. My profit has been £1.34 on the two trades, so well pleased with that. Hopefully from a small acorn do great oaks grow.
I need help with how to approach the finding of suitable trade that the filter offer. How or what is the best approach to deciding which is a strong trade and which needs caution. Are there videos on this subject or can you offer a crib sheet of criterias that need to be match or just advice. I know that stats that scream goals can and will end up goalless, it's the nature of the game.
I've rambled on a bit I hope you understand my problem. Yesterday from just the e-mail I was lost so help in cut the long list to something manageable and structured to a smoothish day at the exchange would be a massive help
At a later date may I also return with questions on my own filters or is this offer a one off? Thanks and Regards

Hi Martin thanks for your prompt and welcome reply. I will try to incorporate your thoughts into my decision making process. I have thought further after sending message and really I have get out do some trades, make notes of the pre match stats and any inplay stats etc. Take note of as many factors as I can and slowly build up my experience.
You have given me food for thought. I myself try not to back at low odds on or lay over 2.60 unless hedging. I hope that this line off communication is still open to me as my learning process continuesThanks for your help.

Hi John, good question.
There are a few extra factors I consider before making a trade I will list the ones off the top of my head here:
- Are the odds decent enough value? Using Ryan's split stake as an example I am not likely to get in on Over 1.5 goals if the odds are still well below 1.50, as there is not much room for the market to move in my favour even if there is a goal.
- Any significant injuries or team news, not always easy to find out on foreign leagues but a quick google of each team may tell you. The other thing you can do is check how different there line up is. This is a bit of an extra and I don't always do this.
- Are both teams motivated to score? We want goals, so it's not great if one team is happy with the current scoreline or only needs a point from the game.
- Are the pre-match and in-play stats suggesting goals? We want both to be showing that goals are likely.
- Are they local rivals? These games can often be lower scoring or go against expectancy due to the underdog being super motivated to win.
