going to do the same and lay at a max of 3.0 for a 10/10 trade and bellow 3.0 for 9/10 and 8/10 trades and see how that works, what i found was i was missing most quality trades waiting for the price to reach 2.68, thanks for your help buddy and best of luck

@john-dunne Hi John I thought the same as Keith's criteria is wait for the odds to get to 2.68 and lay and then miss out if there is a goal in the first 5-10mins of the second half. I generally try to get to this price but if not will lay upto odds of 3 at ht. I am finding on my ltd for ht filter they odds will be generally lower starting off normally no higher than 2.5 and if you can follow Ryan's selections where a high percentage of 1st half goals come after 20mins depending on the league ( finding South American leagues the best ) you can lay as low as 1.8 so liability is much lower. Good luck mate

@john-dunne said in lay the draw half time:

a question regarding price on LTD at HT, what price are you guys willing to take on LTD at HT, ive been waiting for the price to reach 2.68 but i often miss my entry as a goal is often scored before the price reaches 2.68, so should i just take the price at around 3.0 increasing my liability or stick to 2.68 entry price?

A lot I go for are 3.5 or under but that said I will go higher if needs be with lower staking. If it fits my criteria and there is liquidity I'll lay it.

@paul-riddell Lovely, we are starting to form a plan now then.

    We have staking - Check
We have a strategy - Check

    Next steps
    We need rules
We need a way of researching the games

@ryan-carruthers yes m8. I am 50 up so far but I was doing 10pound lays. I v cut that down to 5-6pound liable now until I get to 200pound then I will up it to 10pound liable and so on

I agree with @james-everard, I prefer the LTD at HT, yes you have to monitor it closer but one goal and you can get out, the price on the score is usually a bit higher for me to like to enter.

Hi Paul all you need is one goal for lay the draw and the odds I go for is no higher than 3, I generally only touch lcs on about 70mins when odds will be much lower. All you need is a couple of back to back losses at odds of 6 with a £2 stake that's a loss of £10 x 2 trades is £20, you then would need 10 wins on the spin to break even. I would follow Keith's selections on half time lay the draw he has a terrific strike rate he is the master
