CHARTIY BETS- can i tunr £100 in a nice sum for charity by keeping thinking simplee
-
Hi guys I am hoping to turn £100 into a nice little amount I can then donate to charity. I want something very simple with a great strike rate.
I am open to suggestions but I am starting with backing over 0,5 goals. Yes can I select a game or 2 games max per day that will have a goal.
Surely I can select a football match or even two that will have a goal in them each day. I will enter the trades at 1.10-1.13 so I need 10 winners to double £100. So average odds will be 1.11 or above.
I am only using £100 to trade with and keeping the winnings for charity.
Any suggestions for games to select would be most welcome and advice. It could be you way and helping to give to charity.I will record what I do here and hopefully I will hit my first target of turning £100 into £200 with 10 winning trades.
Angles I am looking at:
Matches where a home favourite is playing at home and hopefully odds on. So will more than likely need to enter the trade sometime during FH as odds wont be great at KO.Try to stick to main leagues where the percentage of games over last two seasons that ended 0-0 is below 8%. I need to spend some time looking at this and cross off leagues such as Argentina League where their percentage is over 10% of games ended 0-0. Thinking of using soccer stats website for this. Any other suggestions for collecting data and which websites is good for this is most welcome so please feel free to let me know.
Avoid cup comps as some away teams will be playing for a draw which over two legs can be a very good result for them. Also teams may field weaker teams as they may be concentrating on the league if its not important for them especially if its a mid week game and they have travelled far.
Try to avoid games where their is nothing to play for but at this stage of the season wont be too bad.
Try to avoid games where teams are evenly matched and their attack and defence may cancel each other out.
Try to look up last 5-10 games making sure the teams have scored or conceded goals in all these matches, most important the home team.
I am looking for a watch list each day of potential games I can monitor and enter when odds hit 1.10 over over so please please message me some of your suggestions.
Aim is to complete 10-14 trades per week. So if I trade one game a night during Mon-Frid I will do 3-5 games during the weekend which isn't to much hassle.
It would be nice if someone else would like to join in with the challenge as two heads is better than one as they say.

Well loads to pick from today and Its hard sometimes to select the matches I wanted to use for the charity bets. Well the charity bank s building up nicely.
I went for the following matches and all 3 won and odds matches above 1.10
Sheff Utd v Leicester : Over/Under 0.5 Goals
Fulham v Nottm Forest : Over/Under 0.5 Goals
Doncaster v Lincoln : Over/Under 0.5 GoalsStarting Bank £100 Bank at beginning of the day £131
Bank now £162 -
Well today was a wired day I didn't think things were going my way as I missed out on a few opportunities throughout the day for the charity bet for over 0.5 goals.
The following games were on my but I didn't trade them. I guess confidence was the issue but all won.
11:30 Urawa Yamaga
11:30 Sagan Tosu K
16:00 FK Panevezys TrakaiI also missed out on the 18:30 Besiktas V Goztepe game, I was half watching it and thinking the action and tempo didn't look great and the home odds on fav were no way looking like they were having a shot on target mind scoring. Well football is a funny old game and the goal came followed by more.
Its wired that when you miss out on trades how it can put you in a bad mood/ lose onfidence once you have missed a few opportunities and how it can affect how you look at things. I know missed opportunities is not something to worry about as their are plenty of opportunities to come. Its not like football trading is going to end tomorrow but even so it does affect you.
The following games the odds didn't increase to my entry point of 1.10-1.13 before the first goal went in. To be honest it felt like a goal was being scored just before the entry point n most games. Not great for the confidence.
Haka KTP
G.A. Eagles Jong Utrecht
FC Koln DortmundSo in the end I did get a trade in and it won with a second half goal in the Den Bosch Eindhoven FC game.
Starting Bank £100 Bank at beginning of the day £120
Bank now £131So I guess today was a little bit of a mental battle but still all good in the end with the charity challenge.

Day 1
The first two trades today were as follows.
Trade 1
Malmo FF v Bnei Yehuda : Over/Under 0.5 Goals
Odds 1.11 I entered at around 10 mi9ns into the game
This was a winner.Trade 2
PSV v Apollon Limassol : Over/Under 0.5 Goals
Entered the trade at 1.09 during the first half about 20mins into the game so this was a winner with the goal coming in just after half time.So started the challenge well with two winning trades averaging 1.10 so now I am on £120 if I add the commission to the trade from my betfair bank.
Start Bank £100
End Bank £120 -
