@james-everard the PSL is on Sky everyday mate with double headers on the weekend and SA T20 is on Free Sports

Cool will look at the weekend then. Working daytime during the week so time is limited with cricket. Evenings and weekends. What time is the sa t20 on mate ?

Well I’ve calmed down a bit but boy did I make a dogs dinner out of that PSL match today.
Built up some good green in the Sultans innings and decided I’d let it ride for the first few overs of the Peshawar chase looking for an early wicket. Wicket didn’t come obviously green started to vanish and for some STUPID reason rather than stick to the strategy that’s served me so well which would have been to back Peshawar from about the 11th over with a chase of about 10 and a bit under control with 9 wickets still in the shed I decided for some unknown reason to just start flip flopping between the two and getting myself into all sorts of trouble. Why did I do this? I kept telling myself that Peshawar weren’t going to get the runs. I dunno why I’ve happily backed sides chasing 200 before who needed 100 from 10 cause obviously I don’t care if they get them just as long as the odds move enough in my favour to lock in a decent profit.
The flip side is I won’t be making that mistake again. I’d rather stick to a strategy that has been working and see a side collapse and take a red rather than do what I did today.
Oh well lesson learnt early in the tournament and no shortage coming up do make it back. 8 points Red you muppet.

Ah buddy, I feel your pain. I can relate to this so much. I know from tracking my trades that straying from my plan costs me dearly but yet inexplicably I still do it occasionally.
I enjoy your posts and hearing your thought processes. Looking forward to reading about the return to green.

Great chase by Zalmi. The English kid with the triple barrel name can play and didn’t realise the young Qadir is the son of the great Abdul and the same guy who bamboozled SA earlier this month.

The Sultan's are going in with two leg spinners today and big wraps on Usman Qadir who will be teaming up with old man Afridi. Sultans look stacked in the top-middle order good call bringing in James Vince.

@james-everard there is mate. Some great opportunities. Barbados would have been around 1.02 when they had Jamaica 8 down and when they were trading at 1.02 in the run chase once Shai Hope went out it was more than likely they were going to crumble against the spinners. Wasn’t quite expecting it to be so dramatic a collapse but a target of 220 was always going to be tough. Even today tho I missed it, Australia would have been pretty short odds on when they had NZ 2 down for not much and they ended up getting hammered.

Sounds great, will look into more as the summer months approach think this type of trading will suit me. Getting in at the right time and good match reading is vital, do you know if any matches are on sky or free sports this weekend?

Jamaica recovering from 8-87 to set Barbados 219. Barbados could well be worth a lay at 1.24 two very ordinary sides.

Hi Mate , i saw your post yesterday and done as small lay for a liability of £2-00 at ridiculous odds of 1.02 only for a tiny amount to matched unfortunately as a wicket went down i think the score was around 150 for 4 at the time. Gutted i didn't get more matched but i see the potential in cricket with big swings

Despite the run rate getting out to 11 at stages Quetta never able to get wickets. Was able to back Lahore at 1.75 and get out now at 1.09.
Quetta have what seems a poor attack going forward and with Chris Gayle leaving they could struggle this tournament.

tough chase for Lahore coming up 9 an over pretty much from the get go.
Some green built up from Quetta innings hopefully milk some more and reassess as innings progresses.

Wow can’t believe the NZ v Oz T20 totally slipped my mind. 😂Doh!

Lucky you 😂. Aussie batting was woeful as were my trades.

I was a bit annoyed actually because the NZ score was great for par score positional trading and I reckon there might have been a touch of FOMO from me as a result getting involved in that SA T20 match when I shouldn't have cause I couldn't really concentrate and just got lucky in the end.
Aussies were woeful tho but credit to NZ they are a really good side.

Wow 16 runs of the last 3 balls to win by 1 run
Another cheap low odds lay pays off at 1.01.

    Nicely done!

I traded out around 18th over for some nice green. I watched the first two balls of last over and then wandered off thinking they were done. Checked the scorecard later for interests sake and almost fell off my chair.

Had a finger F UP on the software and went thru all sorts of crazy emotions almost lost my entire bank but at the same time almost doubled it. Managed to get out with a small profit but my heart fell on the floor.
Lesson here is trading and home schooling do not mix.
