What are the odds on Stokes to win the toss, bat and then immediately declare
Bang goes that one, WIns and Bowls.....northern overcast??

Quite fancy a lay of the draw at 3. First two days should be clear and the price can easily drift quite a bit during that time.
-
@Stuart-Wallace day 3?
could be all time lay oppourtunity

AUS ENG W
Too late for me to stay up all night
But a low entry lay aus 1.4’s early was good for a semi set and forget
Set a green up condition matched nicely
.., sometimes best way enter and walk away ha -
England's women trading around 1.6.... so a nice profit after starting the match at 2.4.
-
@Nathan-Bennett Looks like being a wet weekend in Manchester, but with the way of things these days the match could almost be over by then. The last eight matches at Old Trafford have all ended in positive results so no surprise that the draw remains the least likely of the three possible outcomes.

PAK SRI
interesting market at stumps if no wicketsLAYED some pak 1.6's to go with earlier 2.0 lay
in the red at the mo
all good -
@Richard-Futter cheers … how’s the Manchester weather outlook
-
@Nathan-Bennett Not quite a dead rubber as England can still square the series, even though they obviously can't regain the Ashes. From what I've seen, I would say they're far from downhearted and will be eager to go out with a bang. For me it's another 50/50 call, so a back around 2.4 is sound value. I'll be very surprised if they don't trade odds on at some stage of the match.

ENG W v AUS W
Dead rubber
Interesting this from the outlook as normally with AUS having locked away the main prize i'd normally be in the ENG camp however ENG could easily be deflated from the ashes being out of reach
Think my first move is too watch out for partnerships and go against any dominate fav in the first INNS for a swing and try and make a buck -
PAK SRI
PAK LAY evens looks a good entry for a bit
See what market does toward end of there INNS
...
DRAW LAY 3.55 as well just as wicket fell -
Rain in Galle this morning, exited my LTD for time being at 4, will renter should it get south of 3.5.
EDIT: Re-entered at 3.3.
-
@Richard-Futter Yes agree. The one i have the biggest disappointment about is The 100.
Initially i was quite excited about it thinking that i'd rather see Rabada bowl to Stokes than Cobb to Stevens, but the reverse has happened in that its become B list English players with C list overseas.
T20 as you say is hard to trade, and i tend not to get involved - thats why my Pre Toss Bot strategy is important to me, in that if i can get a 40 pound profit before the game has started then that will do me for each game , and then i leave it alone. -
The lay of the draw at 3 looking good in Galle...now out to 4.5.
-
@Stuart-Wallace Yep. The IPL is taking over world cricket. Personally, I find T20 the least appealing form of the game; instantly forgettable and difficult to trade effectively.
