Don't want England to lose, otherwise Sunday is a dead rubber Ashes wise!
was quite happy to take my red , as seeing ENG win and set up Sunday will be good, especially as i have a day off and can trade it.
T20 finals day also on Saturday - can try out my new pre toss lay strategy that i have been working on for many months.
-
yep, game was one of those teasers for traders, went one way then the other. Anybody who got AUS at circa 9 and then out again circa 2 made a killing. Always knew it would be close, but i also exited with a small red when i thought it was going against me.
LTD in WI v IND game has more than made up for it though. Really dont understand why you wouldnt want to LTD when price is under 6 nowadays, especially when weather looks resonable - most sides nowadays have crap batting, and/or like ENG, want to play Bazball, which almost guarantees a result . I almost routinely place a Lay before game starts in most tests, as , in most tests the price has drifted before you know it shortly after start. -
too close, Im out with a smaller green than 5 minutes ago!

That's me out at 1.43 with the latest wicket. So tempting seeing £150 green on Aus but need to do the right thing and take the juicy return!
-
Looks like this ones going to go against me/us. Good for England though, I'm going to Southampton for the next ODI but praying the weathers kind... otherwise it'll be soggy pints!
Wish I'd entered the draw lay in WI pre match but didn't think they were quite so bad at batting!

@stuart-wallace-0 Nice shout - but I was too late - but thanks for the update
-
@stuart-wallace-0 got in at 1.2 after reading your post, not sure the tail can hold out long enough for another 60 runs. Just need to avoid getting greedy!
-
I was just looking at ENG at 1.13 thinking this is good for Lay , then lose 3rd wicket, gone out to 1.3 which is still a good price imo
-
@Nathan-Bennett Nice green already from my 'stock ball' LTD.
-
yeah, 254 is a big score for the girls to get.
Managed to get in at 3.1 -
Had a back of Australia at 2.1. England need a record breaking winning chase to keep the Ashes alive and this is not an easy pitch to bat on.
-
@stuart-wallace-0 if IND bat first could see some draw trims

WI v IND Test match.
Weather doesnt look kind on BBC, however, if you drill down hourly, every day ,aside from sunday (day 5) seems to be clear during playing hours.
Just keep an eye on the weather for swings in Draw price. Radar might be a useful asset in this game, as there are likely to be fast swings when/if rain does come. There have only been 5 Test matches at Roseau, of which the last 4 have produced results.
-
NZ W v SRI W
SRI W very hard team to trust only have two players that can hold a bat seems
I'll enter a low lay
Eyeing toward the end of NZ batting INNS when the smash goes on to be involved
...
1.17 NZ LAY want double 1.34 to take stake out
..
Nicely ballsed up closing overs from dominate market position
Great for trade
...
filling up nicely stake out @1.5
happy to green up nz @2.06 -
@Tony-Hastie ride that wave how good !
-
@Matt-Ayles yeah titled extra on IND as BANG req rate approached 6 an over
Wild

Played around with the set partnership strategy today on a ladies 50 over match as I had a bit of spare time. Caught the game at the start of the 2nd innings and the openers put on 100 for the first wicket. Its not always that easy is it??

WI v IND Test starts tomorrow at Roseau, weather looks decent, Draw currently circa 5.6
