To be fair it was a big ask to force a result from 2 and a half days of test match cricket, however Pakistan are doing a great job, only 5 wickets to get. Need to finish the job before Bangladesh get another 70 odd runs. Say it gets close to the end of the day and Pakistan need say 20-30 runs to win can they ask for the extra half hour?

I also think ultimately they’d like to get Boxing Day test to be pink ball and I reckon they would see this as a fantastic opportunity to show how great a day/night test in Melbs could be. That would be their “in” to win over the traditionalists who don’t want to mess with Boxing Day traditions. My theory anyway

I got in at 1.28 and out at 1.50 Pak v Ban for a nice piece of green but feel like I missed a heap of opportunity. What a crazy test.
I backed the draw in 1st Ashes test (not my usual MO) and immediately regretted. Still looks like some rain around next few days up there but not sure enough. Thinking of exiting now and taking my medicine or at least wait to see weather in Brisvegas tomorrow morning.
NB: Circumstances here mean I can only trade in between between end of days play and commencement the next day (no in play). This obviously restricts me greatly.

@nathan-bennett well I was done but a little sprinkle on the draw in case Bangladesh get weather rescued. Gotta pack and stuff now so can’t concentrate nice profit helps.

I'm out also. Learnt the lesson of holding on too long in the IND v NZ draw. Nice profit made.

My head hurts after way too many cans last night but helped greatly by Bangladesh and their ineptitude. Managed yesterday to get a draw lay in at 1.13 and a Pakistan back a bit later at 4.45. Red now removed and will probably green up at lunch time. Slept through the morning session of Gabba test but didn’t have a day 1 plan for that anyway.
