SLvZIM ODI was fantastic today, I managed to trade on both teams but felt SL were under priced for most of the game, I even managed to lay them at 2.98 during the last 5 or so overs!
yes, me too re laying SL.still didnt stop a loss though, but not as sizeable as it could have been.
Lots of cricket tomorrow, including SA v IND ODI -

@nathan-bennett agreed it was, especially given how the first ODI went.
Sri Lanka however are in serious trouble now.
-
@matt-ayles missed the boat here that 1.29 SP Sri was nuts

I think Zimbabwe are often underrated in batting terms, given that they've now hit 300ish twice... so i had laid SL early on.
I greened up for around half a point but have reinvested it into Sri Lanka as I believe they have more than enough to chase this down if they don't give away silly wickets. -
SL v ZIM today in addition to U19 games.
ZIM have got off to a lightning start batting - currently leaving me in red at the moment. This after making a loss in the Melbourne v Hobart game this morning.
Maybe time, after the last 2 days, to reign the stakes in to 1 per cent instead of current 3 i am using. -

trading the U19 WC today?
Favs have to be AUS (v SL) WI (v Scotland), and Pak (v ZIM).In the few games that have been played so far, in virtually every game there have been very early wickets, so i will be trading for the bowling team early, and then try to get some value from thereafter early.
Amazing i noticed today with the Perth v Brisbane BBL game there was approx 50 million pounds traded . Of what i remember, about the same as the Test match !! - all in 2 hours.
There you go, early wickets in all 3 games before end of 4th over. Took profit in SL game, but even with early wicket took a red in Zim game ! Something to note for future. Maybe lay the underdog only for early wickets.

nice work

Both difficult games to trade in the BBL today in my opinion, I managed to get a trade in both but finding value was hard work
I was lucky, only traded Perth game, layed Perth until Marsh came in , and then jump lumped in on Perth - came out with a reasonalble green.

@nathan-bennett I'll probably do a breakdown of it on my podcast today but when you look at the factors it's such an easy value play.
- 4th innings of a test chasing nearly 300
- Eng Not chased over 200 in 60 years in Aus
- Eng have lost 3/4 test matches in Aus this past month or so, the other one they only didn't lose because of Aus bowlers running out of time.
- The pitch was lively and tough to bat on
- Eng are awful at batting
the only way this could have happened is if Oz bowlers took their foot off the pedal, which did cross my mind when -Burns and Crawley seemed untroubled, but then reality kicked in.

@nathan-bennett I layed England at 5.1 and topped up at 1.75, like I said at the time it was one of those value plays that if it loses you take it on the chin but I will always side with history. In the end they didn't even actually get close!
i got in at 3.5 , which is when i mentioned on this forum that they were incredible value, and had no more money left in my bank to top up after - thus this is how i increased my bank by 50pts - ok, not the way that one should be looking after ones bank, but the 'opportunity' was too good to resist.

West Indies were an easy lay at 1.29 today, Ireland are took a while for them to break through evens but flew right out once Ireland got into the swing of things, put a smile back on my face after this morning

BAN all out for 97.
A few England players have stood out....
Boyden - opening leftie quick ...think Starc
Horton - keeper ..took 6 catches ...immaculate behind wicket
Singh - left orthodox spinner, great action. think Vettori.I traded out at 3 down on BAN, and switched, and now showing a nice little green.
