This is the other thing with these high chases, even if successful which is extremely rare, it's still very likely there will be moments where the markets goes your way, how often does it happen where there are no hiccups along the way of a big successful chase? pretty much never!

I read we haven't chased 200 in Aus in 60 years, it's one of those value plays where if you take it you are siding with history and have to be happy to take it on the chin if they do chase it down.
