At what point are we laying England here? Surely can't take 10 wickets.
-
Up and down day, backing Eng at 8 has got me back to even for the day. Feel like greening up and a small back of WI at 21 could see a profit with a few wickets.

@stuart-wallace i know people have said silly things before when there's time left in tests... but draw surely?! Can't see England declaring as they won't get 10 wickets and run the risk of losing.
Yes, agree.
Especially if Wood cant bowl

Situation as i see it is that ENG need to bat for 3 and a bit more sessions to save this Test - can they do that? If Root is out in first hour of the afternoon session, then i doubt it. I am going to keep my draw lay going for time being, and then start to scalp on wickets should it look like ENG are capable for batting that long. They would need a lead of approx 200 to make it safe methinks.
-
hope we can get a super super super low draw lay in here
-
Aus v Pak 2nd Test is at Karachi. No forecast rain at all, but there have been 18 draws in 43 test matches...
Ind v SL 2nd Test at Karnataka. No forecast rain at all, but 9 draws in 23 test matches...
-
@matt-ayles I’ve literally only seen highlights just then
Watch a bit now
Time zone rough
Bowlers seemed threatening enoughHolding my draw lay
-
any rain on the horizon
-
Worth a lay of Windies? Sub 3.0 seems short given how hard it is to take wickets...
-
SA W got a lay in 1.18 defending .. 1.54 be nice for half back bet of lay
may lay again of 1.1 ish range too if RRR not out of control
-
What might happen overnight from stumps to day 4 draw could over react come in silly
I’ll be laying for a 10 tick offset style tradeMarkets assuming WI won’t be taking wickets with ball
-
have taken my loss on England, looking to lay when they are back batting. Kept my LTD going for time being, but wicket looks so benign and if ENG are without Wood for 2nd innings, there is no way they will get 10 wickets.

There's 2 in succession... back into small green although looking for at least 5s really so think I'm gonna hold position and see if we can pick off the tail.
Back into the red. Fail. Lol. Why are we so rubbish at getting the tail
-
is Wood injured?
-
LAYED 2.54
Will again 2.0
Hopefully poles soon and couple ENG openers struggle when bat -

Havnt been able to watch any of the play today, but sounds like pitch getting lower and lower. This session is crucial , coz if England can get through and get batting again by start of session 3 then its likely ENG will set a total where WI will have to bat thru all of day 5.
Showing a small red at moment (but 1 wicket for ENG will get me back into Green), but looking forward to first 20 mins of this session before i do anything drastic.Surely we cant have 2 successive drawn Tests !?
I'm in the exact same boat... built up some good green across the first couple of days, but now dropped into a tiny red as i re-entered the draw lay yesterday.
I'd like several wickets this session ideally but it seems to be getting harder to find them as the match goes on.

@stuart-wallace If West Indies get 100 or so lead going to be difficult with our batting probably be 5 down before we get into positive territory.
Englsnd need quick wickets with the new ball after lunch
