BTW, thanks and well done re UAE game.

hmmm, just got back, would have layed ENG , but missed the boat a little.
have Backed ENG at 5 expecting a steadying of the batting post early 2 wickets.
If it goes the other way i can see IND slipping into heavy lay territory -
happy to lay IND u19 1.44
-
All i see on Cricinfo is a screen full of green 4's !
But, strangely, UAE only just ahead on the Worm -

@stuart-wallace the rates getting up there . in a good position . if 1.35 happens taking alot out might leave 20% extra on UAE side and see if gets to evens to assess for mine
smashing it at mo keep it up
ha ha - exactly what i have done ! - taken out all liab. and left 20 % to roll.
They say get to 30 then double it - i thought 5 overs ago they would be struggling but now look like they will be over it.

Ok, i'm writing this before the end of the AFG innings (they are 5 down at moment), but i am going to try something relatively new when OZ come out to bat...
I am going to Back OZ for first 4 overs, in the expectation of no wickets and price to go my way. Then, given there are no wickets down at end of 4 overs, with the expectation therafter of the AFG spin squeeze, i am going to (hopefully) green out on Oz and then Lay them.
This all, obviously, depends on if AFG can get a reasonable score (180+ would be nice), and a total they can bowl at. All the teams they have played so far have shown it tough to score in the middle overs.
Another thing i've noticed is that opening bowlers tend to take a couple of overs to get their bowling strides etc going, therefore resulting in no balls and wides.
AUS spinner Radnakrishnan has bowled 6-2-12-2 so far - and he aint half as good as the AFG mysteries.
Any thoughts?OK, afG made 201 - a good score, so going to implement my plan of Backing Oz for first 4 overs, and then revert to Laying them therafter expecting the AFG spin web.

After my dismal failure yesterday, AFG v AUS semi today. AFG like to squeeze and bowl second, AUS are 1.44 to Lay which i think is on low side.
And, as i speak, AFG win toss and choose to bat.
I'm going to have a brief lay on AFG in expectation of early wickets, and then re evaluate after 10 overs. Here we go. 2 down already in 4th over. Gonna let my AFG lay run.

Remember, all you Cricket peeps out there - U19 Final tomorrow, ENG v IND - the 2 unbeaten teams in tourno, current Back prices are ENG 3.15 and IND 1.45
