Just dropping in, hope everyone is doing well on the IPL
Todays game was the perfect trading game, plenty of swings and fairly easy to read
Hope everyone had green books
Loving the IPL this year, test cricket seems so far away at the moment
it was ??!!
dont see 4 wickets in 6 balls as easy to read.all tradeable swings were before this point, the game was done with Shreyas Iyer wicket

@luke-weston I dont know for sure, but i would expect Buttler would get a salary from Lancs - otherwise why move from SOmerset to Lancs in first place. He seems to have lost his Test match spot now, so would expect that he will be playing a lot more for Lancs this summer.
I heard through the grapevine that Rob Key is looking for Morgan to become coach of white ball setup, with Buttler taking over as captain. when you consider the top 5 could be Buttler,Roy,Bairstow,Livingstone,Stokes....thats a pretty formidable top 5 in white ball- especially when you consider also that you have keeper plus 1 all-rounder included in that 5 - means that they have 6 places for 4 bowlers (though, of course, there would no doubt be a no 6 for the likes of Banton or Smead. I feel like i have missed someone out here?
Please,please,please,please remove Jordan from all forms of the team- utter shite.
So, who could the other 6 be?...
Woakes, Archer, Banton,Rashid,Ali,Curran (s).
I wonder, now that Root is no longer captain whether he will become available/selected for the white ball - i hope so, cause he could well be the glue for others to play around him - i personally think England are a better white ball team with him in it than not- plus he can also give you a few overs of off-spin if need be. -
He won’t get paid by Lancs I don’t think. That’s part of the payoff to the County for Central contracts nicking their players. His sponsorships must be pretty tasty though. I suspect that he will be white ball captain sooner rather than later.
-
@luke-weston Plus his salary with Lancashire as well, i suppose. So, he's not short of a few bob.
-
@chris-osborne
Joss Butlers basic salary on his Central Contract is £1.25m plus match bonuses of £18k, 10k, and £5k for Test, ODI and T20 respectively. -

Fantastic game of Cricket. I try to only trade the first innings in T20 although I had a dabble when RR were 1.3 in the second inns. Got out well before it got hairy though.
-
great game - swung back and forth many times. Good thing i didnt trade it , i would have been a wreck !

@stuart-wallace from salarysport.com....
"Jos Buttler earns £431,200 (₹ 44,000,000) per year playing for the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL."And how much is he missing out on because he cant play in the Blast, CPL, BBL etc
You will prob find that his potential earnings in the other comps is vastly less that what he gets via IPL, and his England central contracts will more than make up for any loss in that respect.

If only Butler could work out Test Cricket.
Probably cross Buttler and replace with England when he's coming in at 80-5 all the time on a good day
If I was him I'd retire from tests imagine what he could make in the global t20 franchises

100% I'd concentrate on t20, just like Glen Maxwell.
