@richard-futter you backing them here?
No. Just getting ready to ride the wave if a wicket falls.
-
@Richard-Futter there's that market on the fence move to one side right there Eng quickly 1.8-2.2
-
@richard-futter you backing them here?

England drifting like the proverbial barge.... will be a massive bounce-back if a wicket falls in the next 20 minutes (especially it it's the 'modern Bradman')
-
what lead makes England $2 , these two at the crease most capable duo forsure .., I've had a small lay anyway green out around 80 run lead if no wicket.., well that was fast take that
-
@gary-miller Hi Gary.... sorry, only just logged on. Ball spinning and keeping low.... might be some rain in the final session today, but tomorrow should be totally clear, so I reckon the chances of a draw here are remote indeed.
-
@richard-futter i layed draw at start of game all good to hang in there?
-
Massive nick.... how on earth did the ump miss that one?
-
I'm trusting the Met office forecast, on the whole it's quite accurate.
Deck is getting pretty worn now, imagine Broad a handful with his cutters.
-
Draw starting to become layable again.
-
Interesting that Australia have only won from this kind of position once in Tests in England. Worth a lay at the start of their second innings I think.
-
game on hard.., captain obvious but how good
-
@paul-keighley started laying at 7.6.... hasn't really gone below that so far today.
-
@richard-futter at what price would you start to lay the draw in this scenario Richard?
-
cheers for that , I was wondering how low the draw might go thinking shortens every few runs forsure
-
Who do we trust? The BBC or the Met Office. The former says a distinct possibility of showery rain tomorrow and Monday, while the latter indicates three clear days of cricket - assuming the match lasts that long.
In my experience, the Beeb nearly always over-estimates the chance of the wet stuff and I really can't see this match finishing in a stalemate, so for me today it's a question of drip laying the draw.
I expect England to grind their way to a lead around the 100 mark, which would almost certainly see the draw odds contract considerably.
Early wickets with the new ball for Woakes and Broad would then definitely see the price rocketing skywards, even if Smith does launch another one-man rearguard action.
-
@luke-ridger Possibility of some thundery showers on Sunday by the looks of it, but doesn't look like anything to make a major impact. Could be some real value on the draw lay as the match progresses I reckon.
-
Don't know what the consensus on the weather but looks like 5 days play to me
-
@paul-keighley 6s and under
