India return to Test action early tomorrow and although their price of 1.54 may not look too attractive at first sight, I reckon it'll be money in the bank.
While there's been plenty of unseasonal rain about on the Sub-Continent, the forecast for Visak looks set fair, and against a thoroughly dispirited South African side I can only see one result.
The pitch is expected to be a slow turner - the very last thing the Proteas want - and there could be plenty of turn on day one. That will be music to the ears of Ashwin and Jadeja.
And if you want an even more certain outcome, a lay of SA at around 8 will take any rain out of the equation. India have lost only one of their last 29 home Test matches and I'll be astonished if Du Plessis's men put a dent in that proud record.

Just a heads up guys if you don’t know. Sony Max channel 715 on Sky has the Pakistan v Sri Lanka match live. At the moment Pakistan trading at 1.10 and SL around 11.50, 33 overs into the Pakistan innings.
-
@nathan-bennett wow well there you go then!
-
@martin-futter CPL last couple games good example chasing side into 1.07 ish still 6-7 overs to go and lost
-
was speaking with @Richard-Futter this week and he was talking about how often teams trade very short with plenty of game time left to be played. there is very often some kind of bounceback towards the underdog in these situations, obviously something we have talked about before but thought it was worth reminding everyone, think cricket is the best sport for this happening fairly consistently!
-
@luke-ridger strange to shake hands on it with 10 mins left really by Somerset!
-
Time to lay draw in the Somerset vs Essex match, 63 runs needed in 16 overs to win the title. 1.46 lay.

@simon-miller
Think I’ll try and see what happens -
Noticed that it a team in T20 is batting so well that the opposition drifts to 80-90 that all it takes is a wicket or 2 to get that other team to come in to between 30-60. Well worth a small back bet in these circumstances I think.

14 runs scored and Aussies almost in to 4 - totally bonkers!
amazing value again today, nice easy profit there!
-
ok tiny back draw out at lunch or copping it sweet if wickets
-
removed my red free roll now on the aussie lay with these two at the crease cheers @Richard-Futter lay @6 no sweat
-
@richard-futter cheers for that mate learning something new every day appreciate it.
-
@james-woodroffe I like a 'drip laying' strategy under these circumstances... laying in relatively small amounts as the price drops, but I did put the main amount in at 6 on this occasion as early wickets looked a probability.
-
@richard-futter obviously it’s to late now following that first wicket but if you laid at 6 hypothetically would you lay again at 4. I know it increases liability but is that something that would be done or not?
