@rob-arkell I backed South Africa at 3.5 thinking there would be an early wicket so expect an opening partnership of 100+.
The price is coming back to you Rob
-
@richard-futter Thanks. ill keep an eye out for that

I noticed the price change when Rabada came back into attack after his wicket over.
Is that a thing that happens a lot?Can do. Although it's much more common in T20 matches, when a bowler like Rashid Khan or Sunil Narine come on to bowl.

Having a little lay of the draw at a very tempting 3.2
-
@rob-arkell .... Locals seem to think the pitch will liven up during the day, so it might pay to take the long view.
-
Donβt get why the draw price is tumbling the way it is. But I just layed at 3.65. Quite happy with that.
-
Drip laying from 3.6

@richard-futter This is only the second time that England have survived 10+ overs without losing a wicket in a test since before the world cup. Not sure if that has any significance

@richard-futter draw laid at 4.70.
Looks a good support point. Am being slightly greedy and looking for something below 4.

Not much in the pitch for the bowlers judging by the early evidence. Guess things could liven up when the effects of the heavy roller wear off after about an hour's play.
-
Draw price has come in from 8 to around 5.5, which seems very strange. Am definitely happy to lay the draw. Doesn't look like rain will play a major part and nine of the last ten Tests played here have produced positive results.
-
@richard-futter thanks for that! seems a good strategy in general
-
England win the toss and bat - not a surprise, although locals seem to think there might be a bit in the pitch for the bowlers early doors. Nicely in the green following the toss, so will see how things shape up early on before deciding on any match opening trades.
-
The weather's hot and the pitch looks good for batting in Port Elizabeth.Expect whoever wins the toss will bat first and their odds will tumble.
