A question for Richard: what’s the best strategy to use for T20s? Thanks
Hey James, there’s some good videos on the site that Martin has done that will give you a good heads up and start you on your way mate.

Wow! That's some pasting by Australia!

@paul-keighley Always happy to receive advice and criticism. I just personally found your wording quite rude.
Nevermind. Best of luck with your trading -

@paul-keighley Wow! A simple "Bavuma's not playing mate" really would have been sufficient
As I said, Just trying to help you. Won't bother next time, I can see you're not the type of person that takes criticism well

@paul-keighley Well my initial thought still stands. It was an oversight not seeing that Bavuma pulled out, but, whether it's Smuts or Du Plessis, I still fancy SA making a strong start with De Kock. I'm not giving betting advice, just my own thoughts. Do you have anything to offer yourself?
Just trying to help you out mate. You really shouldn't be betting on a match of any sport without doing the basic pre match research and knowing the starting lineups at the very least. especially something as critical to T20 as the opening partnership who get first crack at the powerplay overs. Even less posting those ideas for others to follow on a forum!
Nope, I'm watching the game and may get involved in the 2nd innings if i spot an opportunity, and will post it if so. But best to post nothing than something not researched or at least well informed if others will read it and may be influenced by it.
With regard to Smith, despite being arguably the best test batsman in the world, I doubt he'd get into England's top 5 in their T20 team (probably not even top 6 if Hales was picked). Just my opinion mind

@paul-keighley If you look through my posts I've said throughout that I'm no expert. Just been doing okay on cricket. Just offering my opinions. Not sure what your issue is. Didn't notive about Bavuma
No issue at all, I've been impressed with a lot of your insights over the last week or so. But there's a big difference between giving an opinion on a player and gving out betting advice that others might follow, without bothering to check something as basic and critical as a key player not playing in a match.

@gary-brown Australia are quite strong first four or five. If Smith goes, it might be a good time to back as the odds will be more in your favour. It might just be worth waiting now till the end of the innings and lay Australia. De Kock and Bavuma are very strong too for South Africa as openers
Bavuma isn't even playing. Injured. Probably best to check the team news before recomemending betting advice based on lineups!

@gary-brown For me. Smith is the best T20 batsman in the world. When he gets in, he smashes it
Really?! No doubt with Kohli is the top 1 or 2 test batsman in the World and will go down in the record books, but T20?! He is decent obviously, but he's barely in the top 3 in this Australia team, let alone the World! There's 20 batsmen I'd rather have ahead of him for T20 cricket!
Like I said mate. For me. Just my own opinion

I got out at 1.36. Might go back in if there's a wicket but will probably wait until end of innings
-
Always have a little lay on no tied match at 1.03 too. very little liability but in the unlikely event of a draw will be profitable

@gary-brown A couple of 6s or a six and four consecutively for example, can really affect the odds big in T20.
My recommendation if you want to play conservitively is just to partial cash out and remove the redarghh yeah good idea Rob. Thanks for this.
I will look to enter I guess if a another wicket falls as long as its not Smith lol -

basically I should of set my exit point lower in hindsight. But hey im learning and I guess taking of advantage of price falls and gains of around 10-15 points is less risky whilst I am learning how it all works and how the markets react.
