@Tony-Hastie I can relate to the waiting part and hard sitting in the red for big chunks but am learning slowly although still jump in too early I think for fear of missing out...
-
I laid England at 1.92, v slight green at the moment, uncharacteristically they were solid today. I might get involved with laying the draw later in the match.
-
@Shannon-Townsend Its finally dawned on me that, sadly, I dont think I have the patience to trade test matches! I like the instant gratification the horsies give me....waiting 2,3 or 4 days(or even hours!) for a trade to kick in is like waiting for a tooth to get pulled. But that draw price does look good doesnt it.....
-
Draw price looking quite appealing in Eng v Ind... been a bit of a slow days cricket but weather not likely to play a part so should have full 5 days to get a result.
-
3 late England wickets has meant I've partially greened up on my LTD trade. Patience paid off, got there in the end.
-
@Shannon-Townsend been watching today and in on LTD just before declaration... seems wrong wanting wickets against England but it's all about profit... unless England can do the unthinkable.
-
@Stephen-Hancox If weather holds out and India get a couple of early wickets then going to look like very good value... not able to watch the match today so have held off so far...
-
Currently a low draw price in England v India match. Doesn't look that easy to bat on last few overs, England still to bat.
-
@Stephen-Hancox maybe more luck than judgement at times
-
@Shannon-Townsend Sounds like a good trade to me
-
SL v Bang - got in at 1.93... price now 5.1 so with general threat of rain over next few days and the result in their last match still fresh in my mind i will get out my liability at this stage...
-
Luckily the weather mostly held off and I secured a nice profit, almost made back what I lost on the last SL v Bang drawn game, very happy with that.

I knew a draw was a very unlikely result in test match cricket but just reading through a book of random facts about all sorts.
2 in over 2500. Holy s**t, that's an opportunity!
Scrap that. Tied. Not drawn

@Nikki-HALSALL Got out at 7.4 just as the rain started. More luck than judgement
-
Exited too, watching it and its just starting to rain a little
-
@Shannon-Townsend not going to be near my phone or computer for rest of the day so have had to exit LTD a little early than hoped but still for a very healthy profit...
-
I've interpreted the forecasts as rain around this morning, at least until lunch, then an improving picture until the close. I'm thinking that even if the morning session is lost then they could make up an hour later anyway, so may not be too much time lost. Both teams seem in a positive result mindset. My current LTD average price is around 5 so will be starting to hedge out if it gets above that.

@Nathan-Bennett I just looked and saw the odds and was confused, and that's why I came on here as they seemed very low going into the last innings with clear weather...
