@nathan-bennett depends which site you look at. Accuweather says only 10% chance of rain, but the Met Office site makes it look like the end of the world is approaching! Rain often seems to miss this ground, but who knows?
-
any rain in that darkness heading towards galle
-
deadset incredible india can swing the ball aussie cant
-
@richard-futter no no all good trading been very good . squared off then processed lay and bang hahaha ... markets very much on the move round 2 coming up
-
@nathan-bennett sorry about that; just all happened a bit too quickly.
-
@richard-futter just missed flipping how good by you
-
Like the look of the draw price in Galle too.... 4 looks excellent value for a lay. Really can't see it ending in stalemate at all.
-
Out from 1.25 to 1.4.... looking good.
-
another 200 runs sri lanka somehow for a great viewing ... gamble lay eng back draw . low stakes if eng 2.0 xmas
-
@richard-futter joining this think bout to throw bat around hard ... fast runs fast wickets ideal #obvious
-
The draw price in Brisbane is just too tempting at 1.25. With two days to play - notwithstanding the weather forecast - it has to be a low-risk lay for me.
-
how's the fight back india and sri #lovingthis
-
Thats it Josh more of that please!!
-
@james-woodroffe and loose haha
-
@nathan-bennett yep if we get quick wickets and I can reduce red I'll be crashing at tea and weighing things up when India bat. If it looks bad after an hour ill probably take red and see what happens come India innings and maybe just get out for scratch if lucky. Will wait and see.
-
@james-woodroffe reckon if quick wickets my next biggest trade be change of innings when india bat again and get a repeat market situation style like when sri lanka batted
-
@nathan-bennett last night threw me when I fell asleep and that rain came should of stayed on the Oz lay but hindsight is wonderful. Not ideal being in a red position and if I finish red I'll write it off as a learning experience and move on. Nice spot in Sri Lanka so not the end of the world but wickets now would be great struggling to see it to be honest hope I'm wrong.
-
@james-woodroffe forsure .. should of mentioned trading below with half green already banked and trying to build on it . if goes pear so be it . India's mentality thinking sound enough as a whole , and aussie attack is it that good v these guys at the mo ?
starc hardly a threat
not much there for lyon seems
green not much chop at all
cummins makes you play 2 balls an over
could all change in my face but thinking mindsets huge -
@nathan-bennett I think this next session tells the story. If Pant and Agarwal bat well and are still there at tea with the rate they score theyll cut into Aus lead meaning we will have to obviously bat longer but if we can get into this tail and be batting tonight they are suddenly in the box seat. This session is key.
-
can aussie get 16 wickets to win in what may end up being 150 over test approx remaining based on 90 overs lost (of course IF) think the worst of the weather is monday night leading into day 5 and potential stoppages monday. suspect they need to bat atleast 30-40+overs themselves pending how many india get and how weak or strong a paine declaration maybe ...
trading
laying aus example 100@3 back aus 50@5
and re laying on wickets for a margin if settled for a period but not past 6 down
change of innings when india bat again
pending odds re lay aus . top 4 will have huge incentive to hold on retain tropheylets see what plays out
