@terry-cooke How do you play the U2.5? I look to back pre KO and then take 10% or out if too much action.

@james-everard Ive been trading the u2.5 market and that seems to be ok. Im just trying to nail one strategy before trying any more, so im not much use in this case. (or rarely ha ha).

@terry-cooke Especially risky if you are trading unders at the start of a match I guess, the exit point is all important in that!

@matt-wood They also said that (well I got a notification) Weymouth v Hartlepool finished 1-1 so was expecting a loss on Stuarts LTD, but it was 1-0. Think I'm leaving BF clown for the rest of the day now. Last think I want is to be stuck in an open trade while trying to close it.

@james-everard I think trading football is tough generally as the markets are so efficient. I am nearing giving up on SHG as I dont think my game reading skills are good enough, will still track but the games I'm 'sure' about that fit my criteria are all such low odds I dont trade them.

Its a tough thing we are trying to do.

Anyone else been getting errors with bets today and it not showing the correct markets? EG I was on the 2.5 market and clicked on the match odds market and when it refreshed it was still on 2.5 mkt. Very strange.

Only thing I noticed is BF showed a game I was looking at for a SHG as ended/closed @ HT!

Anyone else finding football near impossible to trade at the moment? Every system i try just fails. Getting to the point just wasting my day trading football , i spend an hour or so going through my filters and getting my lists together checking line ups etc to then enter the trade when inplay stats back up pre match and then still fails. Here is the list of matches that i had today to show you my frustrations

a)I had 3 matches on the lcs strategy (70mins), and 2 had goals in the 68th and 69th mins respectively the third match ended 0-0.
b)I had two late goal matches ( 80mins ) one had no goals the other i forgot to trade and had a 95th min goal
    c) had a back the favourite in an Egyptian league match they had 30 shots at goal 75% possession and ended up 0-0 FT
d)I have lay the underdog in the German Bunds ( Mainz) and guess what they beat Leipzig

I have a few matches still left this evening as possibilities which i shall try to stay positive and give a chance if the inplay stats suit but if they continue in the same light i will be looking to take some time away from the football and concentrate on Cricket which i am looking to get into more

Laying at 3 is the same as backing at 1.5. So, you need over 66.6% to break even.

Cheers, is there a table though for different odds?

look on bettingtools.co.uk. They have a back/lay equivalent calculator.

    cheers mate

    Hi guys
I seen a table a while back showing what the strike rate needed to be for a certain strategy backing at certain odds. i.e if i was laying at an average of 3 what my strike rate needed to be, does anyone have it?

How do you find the Scottish Championship? Ive only ever done the Scottish Prem but presumed the quality in the championship would be too low
