No harm doing so, but the Rennes price has never really been close to 2. It may drop nearer kick-off:

Is it worth keeping an eye on Brest as well?

With the way my own stuff is going at the moment it might be time to take a serious look at this......while understanding full well it will probably go into a tailspin now haha!

Only going to look at odds of 3.5-5.5 on the draw though as that what seems the best balance of profit against risk.

Set my filter up to catch anything 2.5 or below, that way it should catch steamers.

Also, excluding National League, that's 38wins, 4 losses with odds between 3.5-5.5. For the ones you've posted here that is.

Check the filter, then check betfair or smarkets.

I suppose a key thing for this will be to check the software every day rather than just every 2 or 3, due to price fluctuations possibly changing whether matches qualify or not

Got my eye on the Angers v PSG game! - part of me wanted to wait until the LTD odds had dropped. When I was checking the odds 3 or 4 hours before, they were much closer to 6, and the graph shows the market started just above 5. At K/O, they were 7.2 which felt pricey, but after 5 mins I decided I was sticking to this as a Set and Forget strategy, as prescribed, and layed appropriately. The history shows long term profits after all

    Enjoy.

In all honesty, paper trade for 100 just so you get a rough feel for its swings. Have a look at the spreadsheet (it's current to about the end of December, work out quarterly totals etc)

For context: October 2020 gave about 20 pts profit, November -7.5 and December around 1.5

I'll be honest, I've taken your extensive back testing and most recent tracking as proof of concept and have begun trading it today, very small stakes but my bank should be able to handle the swings, even if the next 3 months go to s**t! I'm actually really enjoying the... "set and forget" nature of it! Something... relaxing?

The Leipzig game was never on my filter. As far as I know, the odds never fell below 2 and Bundesliga is only profitable when the away is 2 or below, so doesn't fit the 2.2 or below filter.

I've set up both filters and rolling with it now! Cheers for this Stuart, looking forward to seeing how it all plays out! 🙂
