@matt-wood dont delete anything mate... Archive it

@alan-steward Yea I think I put a little too much pressure on myself to succeed at this.
Took your advice about the leagues (was a while back) by the way. Spent the day today, with a lot of help from the good lady, redesigning my SHG spreadsheets. Can now very easily pull out stats on a league by league basis. Will be very curious going forward to see what comes out of it.
Bit scary just now pressing the big DELETE button on the old versions after finishing the new ones and transferring the data across

@matt-wood we have all seen red mate and I will still get red days now but I no longer beat myself up with it... Still to this day I find my safest trades the Split Stake... I do both Ryan's and mine and they make green month after month... I know they're not sexy, I know they dont return huge stakes but done correctly they are one of the safest trades to work

Just came on here for a little sanity check as starting to doubt my judgement.
I was on a SHG in the Genk game too, had a few losers lately and starting to think its me. Bar and post hit in the last 10mins of that game so guess it was just one of those things.
One of those days I reckon - Liverpool struggling to get another goal against West Brom and I have them O2.5 !!
Only 1 more, you might get it yet!
-
@alan-steward Thanks Alan, good to see that a pro spent month after month in the red (sorry if that sounds mean, not meant that way). Encouraging to see someone work their way out of that and to a place of success
-
For whatever reason Genk only passed my FHG filter although from memory IPS looked good for SHG... Sometimes we hit red and that is trading... So long as you make more green than red you will be profitable... But it takes time to get there and the best way to measure your success is to work hard each month reducing your red... I hit red month after red month when I started trading but then realised the best way to success was to keep reducing my red months until they were green months... Private coaching with Ryan and Martin is available to all, use it and work it and you will crack the code to this game... Stay green guys... Success is just around the corner to those who work it
-
@matt-wood I watched the game and it could have easily had a couple of second-half goals. Just one of those things. I didn't enter because of the price.
-
Hi Alistair I to was looking for the late goal in the Genk game... Keep your chin up mate we where incredibly unlucky with that trade!

That came up on my list too for goals but left it alone after seeing odds at KO also Big Sam teams are never easy to beat, even for Liverpool at home.
Did chicken out of the O2.5 on the West Ham game earlier, sods law that came in

I very much doubt you were the only one. I imagine that game hit every SH filter going.
The slings and arrows of fortune....Twats!There was some real mickey-mousery going on with some of the passing near the end as well!

Shows that it was a good game to trade, however.
That's the only good thing that I can take away from it. Had the first half goal but undid all the good work with the LCS at the end.

That Genk match! Hit the post at 88 minutes and the crossbar at 94 minutes.
-
@james-woodroffe cheers mate... Need to see a few games settled anyway
-
@alan-steward hey mate not 100% sure but I think the only clubs who will be affected early on are the Sydney clubs but as it stands proper home and away season at the moment.
With fans. -
So Aussie "A" League due to resume tomorrow and it looks like a couple of games in round 1 have already been postponed... Are all games being played home & away or neutral venues?
-
Only Genk on my FHG picks today... Not many SHG passing my final selection process... May need all European leagues back in action to make the numbers up
