Vikings @ Falcons
Let me start by saying I like the Vikings, I think they are a good young team and like the way they play and aim to play but are usually battered by the worst luck via injuries of late. When you have Case Keenum leading you as well it is OK, but today you are facing Matt Ryan - who can be devastating, he is ranked #2 for QB’s this season, his numbers over the last few weeks are increasing as Ryan usually does get better as the season progresses, he has a killer deep ball throw on him too which can really hurt teams (although I really rate the secondary of the Vikings).
A huge loss for the Falcons is Trufant who is out via the concussion protocol & another loss for them is Poole so they are losing their 2 of their top corners and they kind of needed them today because Theilen and Diggs for the Vikings have some serious play making ability!
For me on this one I think the Falcons will take this, but the Vikings will make for a cracking game. Especially if Keenum is targeting Diggs and Theilen and they are getting yards, I will be looking to lay the Vikings after they have scored TD’s.
I have also a small back of Falcons -3 @2.24 as I think this is some cracking value on this game!
