Netflix/Amazon/Gaming and Book Recommendations

@matt-wood To be honest when any show gets rid of the main cast member I usually move on. Stopped Walking Dead when I found out Rick was leaving, stopped Altered Carbon as soon as i realised they changed the main character and it was supposedly s**t.
Another thing is when I find out a series has an unnatural end (ie cancelled abruptly by studio as per my Name Is Earl). Stop immediately as what's the point when nothing is resolved haha!!

Cannot remember if I mentioned it before but an excellent sci fi series, just come onto Amazon Prime, is 'Fringe'.
Really enjoyed this when it came on first time around.
I would love to watch that again. So good
Loved Fringe but in my opinion they ruined it with the last season.
Agreed. The last season was not needed. It was ok on its own but after the previous seasons of Fringe it just looked bad.
The thing that made it great was the dynamic between the 'team'. It was almost like an updated X-Files so when they went all time travel and got rid of half the cast it was just wtf!!
Spot on there mate, I have never understood why directors/TV studios do that sort of thing.

@john-folan I started the start up but the wife wasn't majorly keen so haven't seen much of it, was decent though I liked it!
I started the most wanted on Netflix last night which was good
Amazing how they decide our viewing habits!!!
I liked Most Wanted. I love the documentaries. Just started High Score about the video games industry. That is excellent.
