Same boat as you mate. I have managed to limit my impulse gambling a lot, with the max loss set up on my betfair account per day helping.
I have a new spreadsheet all set up to record my results for a variety of strategies i want to test. Was going to trade with money my lay the underdog system and a my late goal strategy but next to nothing over the next few days but maybe just what we need a fresh unstressed start when the matches return in a week or so

I always think hitting the woodwork is better than a sot as you know the keeper was beat.
