LOL, 2-1 now it's going to finish with maximum profits... Unfortunately I don't do red cards... Always another day for trading
-
Red card in Melbourne... Have traded out of correct score (all but scratch with nominal green on target score) Layed 2-2 & 3-1 for 0.25pts... Will look to trade out of overs as well if no red.
Gutted had high hopes for that one
Nominal green in overs (all but scratch)

Chinese Super League appears to be playing at correct venues all of a sudden.

Tomorrow we go again:
These I like for a late 2nd half goal but don't think Kazak is on betfair today. Worth monitoring though as sometimes market shows up at last minute:

@ben-dobie The decision I now have to make is if to take the green from the 2.5 goals market to reduce liability on my correct score in case it stays 2-0... However I'm still confident of 1 more goal ... Famous last words lol
Fingers crossed for tgat 3rd goal mate

Steven Taylor, a donkey extraordinaire, but did something that lifts him into heroic status.
He played against Ronaldo and in his usual silky, elegant way, managed to kick him (probably accidentally) a few times.
Ronaldo: You are a terrible footballer.
Taylor: Yeah, but you're ugly
Ronaldo (perplexed beyond belief at this point): But... you are a terrible footballer
Taylor: Yeah, but you're still ugly.brilliant

@ben-dobie in platys stats were poor but this is one of those leagues where I take them with a pinch of salt and go off the pre match a lot as like many have said goals just come in this league - the defending is shocking!
-
@stuart-capstick I was actually watching that stats thinking there could well be a goal from nowhere knowing Australian football. Wow Steven Taylor I remember we were close to signing him

@ben-dobie I never ignore in-play stats mate and live by them... I didn't need to take any action until HT because I layed under u2.5 goals and if it stayed 0-0 @ HT I would have layed 0-0, 1-0 & 0-1... Now based on in-play stats I may only have layed 0-0 & 0-1 as Melbourne are on top of the game
@Alan-Steward Ahh ok mate probably my lack of understanding of the correct score market ... one for the future

@alan-steward thanks Alan just trying get an understanding of how different people make their mind up on a trade, I notice quite a few will ignore poor in play stats and still have success because of faith in pre match data
there was arround 50-67% change over 2.5 , but this % increase a lot because last 2 games melbourne was under 2.5

To be blunt, Australian League teams are awful. How else would ex-Newcastle United Donkey Steven Taylor, be able to get a game at 35? (I was amazed to see that he plays for Wellington).
Their awfulness usually means you can't easily see the build up in the stats or the on-field action to a goal. Hence, why it seems that in the A League, goals just happen. Looking at the stats, a FHG seemed likely given past matches:

@ben-dobie Okay, my decision was all pre match based
From the above Stats I was confident of 1 goal... Yes it can finish 0-0
The stats from the ratings page shout BTTS to me... Not happened yet but fingers crossed it's the next goal
If it was 0-0 the beauty of a correct score trade allows me to lay 0-0, 1-0 & 0-1 to hopefully cover red.
Of course there isn't really a lot you can do about a 0-0... As they say "Sh!t happens"

@ben-dobie Yes... Definitely drop to just one of the better converting ones (not necessarily most profitable one, reason being wins pick up confidence )
This is great advice. When results are not going your way, you doubt and then start tinkering....which leads to missing more otherwise successful trades, which leads to more doubting.....the trader's downward spiral.
