Stat Software and Ratings Software Updating

How frequently do these update? Is it daily or hourly etc. Are they in real time?I ran Lay the dog yesterday 5th Aug and an Australian game qualified on the 6th August . I layed the dog. I ran it again today to find any matches and the Australian game does not qualify as the comeback ratings are too low now. When do you guys run the software? How frequently? Thanks

However when I run the rating software myself, the ELO is less than100 and the Home comeback rating is too small to qualify. Do I do this bet??? #CONFUSED
