@matt-wood overcast conditions are always great for bowling. This wicket is also already taking spin and bounce and Pakistan have two leg spinners in their side so batting should get more difficult as the match progresses as the spinners will have foot marks to aim at.

Cheers mate. Am I also right in thinking that, in general cricket, the more moisture in the air, such as it is today, the more it benefits the bowlers as the ball can be manipulated more in each delivery?

Will be interesting to see how the draw price moves. For me, anything around 4 or under is top value. Most of the time lost yesterday will be made up over the next four days, and this is a pitch which will take turn late on - unless the pundits have got it completely wrong.
Will be surprised if the draw price goes below 3 but if it does I'll be upping my lay considerably.

I see this as the perfect set up. Pak dominating, history with the batting first team, Eng having to face a strong bowling attack, and yet they are still favourites. Hoping Pak get around 340 around tea time tomorrow, then back then with a 5% stake. Can’t wait!
