Got one more after today. But if indies put a good total today would need to bowl England out by the end of tomorrow

Forgive my ignorance, Im trying to learn.
Is today the last day of play?
Also what would happen if Windies got to the end of play today with say around 420 runs all out?

    Catch that Green!

Dunno if pulled trigger too soon but gone 0-0-RED on trades 1.3 was my number . 17 wickets seem hard to come by ... hopefully poles to come

The move from lay of England to the lay of the draw maybe not the best move yet. It's early days a lot more cricket to have. A couple of wickets would get it back to green.

This is the second test I have traded. I laid the draw for a profit fin the first one. With this one, the England starting price around 1.4 was way out of kilter with their ability (to my mind). Throw in some bad Northern weather and it was a low risk lay. from a liability of £20 I have just traded out for a £30 profit. 150% roi. luvly jubbly.

Hey guys, slightly busy start to the day so I haven’t seen much play. Is there anything behind Stokes not having a bowl yet or has Root just not used him?

1.74 to 1.98 from the nightwatchman's wicket! lovely stuff. more to do with the turn off the pitch than who the wicket was tho 🙂

@simji said in 2020 Cricket Trading Thread - Updated Thread:

When drip laying do you have a max liability that you go to? Or just use a %of the bank each time?

yes, think of your max liability if you were just laying in one go and then divide it up. chances are you won't get it all matched before a wicket but that's no problem as at least you have the wicket you need anyway

going to hold out a short while here. I have a feeling that if England don't pick up a wicket in this first 20 minutes then the draw price is going to go very short very quickly, and will then get involved. still think England win.

Well, the draw almost touched evens yesterday --- and good to see it drifting this morning. A wicket or two early on and we should see it shooting out very nicely. A good 14 hours of cricket to come and plenty of time for things to change; so patience will again be a virtue.
