@alan-steward Eh... I can't find that specific filter anywhere? I don't see it in the daily mail, nor does it appear to be in the uploaded member filters? Is it called something else or should I make an appointment at Specsavers soon?

Laying Levante at 1.20 in Spain. They are 2-0 up at home but Betis actually playing ok and at those odds I’ll get involved and see if the visitors can drag one back.
Well they did but it was ruled off side now down 4-0

Time to definitely start monitoring properly the results of my FHG system. I sound like a broken record when it comes to FHG’s not knowing to trade them or not. However making the entry point 1.51 if before 19 minutes then entering again could be the way forward. It appears to have a very high strike rate but as @Gary-Brown was just pointing out I need to record the goals scored before the odds hit 1.51 to get a clearer picture but hopefully not all lost with FHG’s going forward.

one thing what I have learnt from recording results from filters is that we need to take out all the games that don't qualify inplay to get the true strike rate.
So all the games that don't have a FHG or second half before the odds meet should be ruled out and not included in the strike rate as they are no trade games. Also all the games for LTD where the odds are too high to meet the crietiera for laying a team.
This is really important to find your true strike rate and if a filter is profitable.
Some filters their strike rate can drop considerably when you rule out all the games that you wouldn't trade on because they haven't met the criteria such as a second half goal came too early. The odds for laying a teram were too high, the first half goal came at around 9 mins and you don't enter until 15mins.
This is what some people forget when testing a strategy and is the difference between a successful profitable strategy and one that will only lead to red screens in the long run.
I personally like to paper trade all filters I may use to see if its profitable to how I trade.
Yes mate... All my recorded data such as wins/losses are recorded as per entry time...
If whatever I'm looking at doesn't hit potential entry point I scrub it from the record books entirely.

@gary-brown Yes mate... Don't worry about stake size just run it in simulation mode... It's pretty acurate... Obviously if you can stake then all the better
I use Bet Angel pro it's really good... Although I prefer Fairbot for my Correct Scores... Unless I'm doing something wrong with Bet Angel lol

Ive just downloaded betangel basics today.
From what i beleive its a free to use very basic trading software.I only need it to help test strategies so I can place trades lower than £2.
This should give me accurate results on how my filters are doing without losing any real money or peanuts. Well hopefully i will be winning peanuts lol during testing stage 2.@Gary-Brown
Beware betfair changed their API so you may not be able to do that at the moment. I use betondroid and they are having to come up with a fix.
thanks Rich I will see how it goes today. I haven't placed my first bet.
With betondoid I have an iPhone so not sure if it works on an iPhone
Not sure it does no.

Zlin up 0-1 on Teplice. Laid @ 1.86
Cashed at 1-1. Orginal liability £1.53, greened for 80p. I'm just a regular Bill Gates haha!
are you using the maria staking plan Rich still or a bet/lay calculator to work out your stake based on lay odds?
I'm still using the variable odds thing like that but with my own percentages.
However, I'm balls to the wall, sink or swim at the moment due to not being able to lay under 80p haha (betfair API).
Therfore 80p is my lowest for odds of 7.6 - 11.00.
I've basically had to work it out to a £96.00 bank when until last week it only £30.00.
Good thing I'm getting more confident as until I reach £100 or they employ the fix I'll be overstaking. Let's just call it too aggressive longterm haha!!
I'm now close to £40.00 though.

As the saying goes "look after the pennies..................."
Small consistent wins all help the P&L and will mount up and in theory should let us gradually increase stakes and increase profitibility
