I know we have some beginners here so i thought i would mention something i found helped people here in the past.
A good few traders decided to create they own forum page to help them with trading. They would record their results and do a little write up.
Why?
It helped some traders to become more accountable for their trades and helped improve their mentality to trading.
1, Knowing they were posting their trades in a room they thought twice about trading silly games or over staking. Some people said it helped them to not chase loses.

Writing down your results good or bad can help yourself and others anaylse what is working and what isnt working and so it can help.
If interested dont take betfair exchange screen shots but write down you trades as a percentage of your bank.
So it culd be something like this.
Bayern FHG trade. odds 1.54. stake 2points win = 1.51 points
Valencia SHG trade. odds 1.65 stake 2 points loss = 2 pointsOh i didnt trade these games but used these as an example.
Think I might actually do this, i think it would help me stop doing the silly bet which i tend to do

Just keeping an eye on Sandjeca match in Poland as it’s on a LTD- LCS- Back Over Filter. Will check on 60 but in play looks good. That will be me for the night if I get involved.

@dean-adams keeping an eye on the Viktoria Koln game as that came up green for me. Will look to ltd in the second half.
Had the gladbach game as well but the goal went in early on that one. Helped me really prioritise tonight though so it's something I'll be using moving forward.

Yep every game i pick seems to be 0-0 even though previous results suggest goals and even in play stats. Going round in circles at the moment. Quite demotivating.
I'm leaving these 2nd half goals. I've never had long-term success with them. Looking at all sorts of angles so pointless to keep banging my head against the same brick wall when other stuff is working better for me.

@matthew-biggins my only green light was the munchers v Wolfsburg game and i missed it haha. But 1 pt up after a bit of fluffing about I’m done. Slow and steady seems to be working so far

well played Dean. That's what is good about this place. Its all a learning curve and even pro traders are looking for something to learn so this place is for everyone.

Can't remember who it was but whoever mentioned they use a traffic light system to narrow down their trades, thank you. I've stolen that a bit tonight and it's made me far more productive, despite only getting one trade in, its made it far more manageable.

I've seen too many of those. You think, oh they must get the 3rd (or 2nd) but in reality they very rarely do.
