I've done 2 pre-match lays on Djokovic recently, laying him well before the match has started. Both times the price on him has gone up as the match gets closer. I'm going to keep an eye on this with the big guns in tennis. Could be an opportunity to make a little green before a ball has been hit

@james-woodroffe If Monfils starts strong I think I'll take some early profit but leave a little in for an upset. Neither player has dropped a set for a long time and Monfils is in great form but has a terrible recent record against Novak. Like most players I suppose

Djokovic a very low 1.14 against Monfils later. I expect Monfils to make his life difficult at least.
The beauty of laying the big 3 at super short odds is that eventually it pays off. Monfils in great form in 2020 looking forward to it.

Kvitova v Jabeur much closer match than the odds suggest, laid Kvit at 1.16
I got a touch ahead of myself I think. Took a hit on Kvitova match.

@simon-miller nevermind. onto the next one. I've still got pretty good green overall today
-
@simon-miller I'm hoping not, like your no risk, mines only a few p but be big green if Bencic can fight back here
-
@simon-miller Haha! Damn it. If she could've just got that break it would've swung completely.
-
Bencic really struggling I'll stay in only because my risk is so low on this
-
@simon-miller Yeah. Not looking great now with Bencic. Thankfully, I'm playing with profit so no risk. I doubled down and went again at 1.15 but only risking 90p for a 15 quid profit now.
-
Could defo be something. I noticed that in the sablenka match that the odds moved a lot for favourite even when facing a 0-15 0-30 moments might just be the level of opponent as well.
Haven't been following the bencic match but looks like it'll be thought for her set and break down.

laid kuznetsova at 1.32

Stumbled accross a potentially very profitable low risk strat. Not sure if it's a thing or if it would work but....
When a favourite is serving and at 0-40. I often see them come back with 4 straight winners and rescue the game. Now at 0-40 the market has already moved in favour of the underdog so if break happens the market won't move that much more (the low risk part) If the server rescues the game and wins then the market moves a lot more.
I guess you would need stats at how good the player is at saving break points but I just tried it with Bencic and it worked a treat.
