Greened up now but left a little in. Those odds are still far too much in favour of Muguruza for me.

For me. This Muguruza match is a perfect example. From play, the match is quite even but the odds has one way down at 1.1 That's when there is value in the market and it's worth sticking for a bit.
Other times I'll take out liability at earliest opportunity -
