I like the Woz v Zhang one this morning, I have the lovely Caroline at value already but I wont be backing at her current price of 1.4 that's too low for me to even consider, I will be keeping an eye on this as if it starts tight and her price rises and I can get closer to 1.6 then I will look to back her, I don't think Zhang will have the mental strength to see it out if Woz ups her game and really starts to come at her.

A bit of waiting today as quite a few prices already there and as I don't want to get stung on a first game break I'll do like Ryan and wait for first 2 service games on those.
Only the following lays already in left unmatched to go inplay:
Humbert
Hurkacz
Pella -

Not a great day but was almost £18 up yesterday - going to concentrate on the 1.20+ selections
I got stung on that t**t cilic too. Luckily removed liability on kerber when she was 1.02 to lay.
-
@darri I can’t stand him though lol
-
kyrgios is easily one of the best to watch, just under arm served against NADAL! also 2nd serves quicker than his 1st serves. crazy tennis
-
I quite like the look of Fritz today. I have him as the value player here today, 1.75 looks a big price for a player that suits this surface, has a big serve as well which will be good on this surface and his opponent is one I've never been sold on to be fair!
I will let them have a serve each and if they both hold I will look to back Fritz.

@gary-finnigan see above

Laying the opposition so backing. They are all favourites to one degree or another.

While I wait for clarification on the tennis ratings here I'm trying sometihng using just a combination of surface ELO, overall ELO and min odds. These are lay odds for opp to highlighted player. Odds I will look for on far right.
Price already there on Kvitova, Goerges & Konta. For these 3 I will assess the first 1-2 games before getting in. If they drop first game I'll lay lower and if both hold I'll aim to go in for the 3rd game.
@Richard-Latimer are you backing or laying the highlighted player?

@will-b Had time for a proper read and seems like all the ratings, either overall or surface specific, are last 52 weeks
Thanks @Dave-Jessop thats helps

@dave-jessop are these lays?

@dave-jessop are you using the grass ELO or the overall ELO? I've been tinkering with something similar recently using the grass ELO but I'm concerned that many of the players don't have enough recent (this season) grass matches under the belt to make their ELO an accurate reflection of current ability so was planning on waiting until after the grass season before starting to look in detail
-
@richard-latimer okay, cheers. I'm not a tennis expert by any means so just enjoying seeing how others trade for now

@richard-latimer hi Richard - are you backing the highlighted players on your sheet? Or is it something to do with the highlighted sets? Can't quite work out what you're doing. Apologies if you've posted details elsewhere but can't find them.
Hi James,
That was the idea (or lay opponent) but it's all a bit up in the air at the moment as not sure stats are working correctly so have put it on hold for now.
-
@richard-latimer Just keep at it, you'll never get all the trades you are researching anyways - weed out the good ones, then trade them when the situation allows if it doesn't we move into the day matey
Annoying it can be frustrating when putting in a lot of work and eager to get some bits happening.

@richard-latimer it looked so solid on stats, I thought they both hold their own then enter and she would take the set but nope broke.
Yes your sheets had some good looking ones on today.
A thoroughly disappointing return on 2rs work haha!! Any ideas before I embark on the same mission tonight ?
