Been watching The Dynasty on Apple and it has made me very nostalgic. I used to watch as a kid on a sunday (channel 4 I think back then). A young Dan Marino was playing!!! Showing my age there lol.

Is anyone currently actively trading NFL or college football?
Recently I have been playing with applying a statistical approach to the Total Points market on Betfair. It seems in principle to be similar to football in that I am looking for an estimate of the likelihood of a certain event/events occurring within a defined time frame.
It is at a very basic stage at the moment- average home points + average away points with due consideration given to form, motivation, team news and weather.
Has anyone tried something similar?

@Paul-Sheridan it's not confirmed but looks like he should be back next 6-8 weeks, may start season slow

@Martin Hadn't seen the update on the injury so if it's just that, then not a problem.
They have went out slightly from 10.5/11 to 12 now off the back of it.
