@Andy-Donnelly I get that, thanks
-
Doing these set and forget unless potentially if there is an early red card and may reassess.
These picks are based largely on team motivation particularly where both teams need something to achieve goals
-
@Andy-Donnelly let's say your trading over 2.5 in these games,
where do you stand at 0-1 or 1-0 or 1-1?
at what point do you let it ride? Should we trade out at the 55 / 65/ 70th minute?
-
For Europa League finale going for O1.5 and O2.5 on:
FCSB v Man Utd
Anderlecht v Hoffenheim
Twente v BesiktasAgain lots of SHG potential depending on state of play
-
This weekend sees the beginning of February. Two leagues return and one resumes:
League of Ireland: 14th February
MLS: 22nd February
Denmark: 14th February (Returns after winter break)
-
@Andy-Donnelly I agree, it's great to see what coming in the top 2 actually does for you as well now.
Nobody knew that before either.
One of the things that I love (as a Liverpool fan) was how much money winning all those games and coming top gave the club. Huge that!
-
@Ryan I admit I was sceptical about the change of format but the final day in particular is great for trading.
What I don’t understand is why there is a need to pair teams and do a draw. Why doesn’t 9th play 24th? Is it just to give UEFA some added control and relevance?
Seen Barca odds shifted out to 8.4. Those odds will likely crash in tomorrow if they don’t draw the possibility of PSG. One of Liverpool or Barca will have a reasonably straight forward route to semis if they avoid PSG in draw.
Likely Monaco/Benfica followed by Villa/Atalanta

@Martin What channel was the goals show on, was trying to find it on virgin media but didn’t appear anywhere?
Red button on Virgin Media. The goals show was superb @Martin .
-
@Akiva-Anderson I love it, it's a great change!
I think there was only 2 games where there was nothing left to play for. Amazing that!

@Andy-Donnelly not sure I think TNT Sports 5, you may only get that with the Discovery plus option. I think it's a red button option on Sky but maybe not on Virgin?
I was watching it on TNT Sports 4 through an app on the fire tv.

-
@Akiva-Anderson Yep full house for me. All done pretty easily as well.
Roll on the Europa league tonight
-
@Akiva-Anderson I agree 100% that goals show last night was brilliant, quality goals nearly every minute!

My picks for the Champions League tonight:
Barcelona v Atalanta (Barca to win, Over 1.5 goals)
Aston Villa v Celtic (Villa to win, Over 1.5 goals*)
Stuttgart v PSG (Over 1.5 goals)
Lille v Feyenoord (Over 1.5 goals)
*The Over 1.5 goal odds for the Aston Villa v Celtic match are appalling considering both haven't scored many in the Champions League, but I still think Over 1.5 will come in
Happy enough with that. Also went for SHG’s in the above
The new champions league format has been great. I was reluctant to the change, but it has been brilliant
-
Going for SHG on Lille, Villa and Sporting games
-
@Akiva-Anderson Nice!
Pre match I’m thinking O1.5 and O2.5 on the following games:
Villa v Celtic
Brest v R Madrid
Zagreb v Milan
Lille v FeyenoordI did look at the stuttgart game, but nervous that both teams go through with a draw and never keen on those situations.
Also tempted to lay Liverpool on match odds after seeing team news.
SHG opportunities in a lot of games too depending on state of play.
Only games 100% off the table are the Arsenal, Leipzig and Young boys games in my thinking!
