Help with creating a league list for nighttime!

I think of time slots between 0:00 to 9.00 and my time is similar to London time.
I live in Sweden.

With my unit size, I decided the investment is worth it with BFBM for £10 a month.
No VPS let the computer be on and running.
Is always important to get set-ups with low fees.

Yes, 0.00 midnight and 9.00 in the morning time
Can talk advance but never learn about AM and PM hahaha
