Query on lay beaten fav strategy

Hi i am a new member. i have imported lay beaten fav strategy which shows good profit. The course selection rule has selected a number of courses by ticking the select against these courses. Under customise results i have added course for detailed breakdown. However, when i ran the strategy for results the course breakdown showing the profit and loss for each course is for all the courses that have not been selected. It would appear that i should bet the system on the courses that have not been selected. Can anybody explain if i have mis undertood or is there a glitch with this. Thanks.

@steven-childs The courses are in a rule group with the match type "None".
This is saying "exclude this list of courses".

i cant see where it states that.

@steven-childs I'm guessing the overarching rule says do not choose these courses? is this correct?
