    @Martin

    Honestly im playing around with it so my values would not make sense, can you guide me in which direction? im not intentionally using head to head so probably hence why I'm receiving nothing, any way you can push give me some basics on what to add as filters then i can build on it then come back if still confused?

    @Zain-dharamshi-0 can you screenshot the filter or tell me the values you are using?

    You are using head to head (only matches two sides have played against each other) which will severely limit data available, is that intentional?

    @Martin

    Hi Martin.

    I am trying to build a filter for FHG and for teams either home or away to score after 15 minutes which on the 0.5 goal market would give me more lower risk to reward ratio.

    I am trying to add filters on the filter area but no games are coming up so i think maybe im getting something wrong. Currently i am using these filters:

    1. H2H - Team goals 21-30
    2. H2H Team goals 31-45
    3. H2H Team total scored 1H

    Ive put the percentages to about 65%

    Im new to using the software so need a little push and help in regards to this.

    The strategy i am trying to build is FHG where a goal can possibly come in at between 20-40 minutes where the odds are really high and one goal would allow a bigger profit and then overall would leave me in the green when compared to games with losses. The other part of the filter is for the second half where for example if the game is very end to end then if i lose my dripped stake in the first half because it ends at 45 minutes 0-0 then the second half of the game would allow me to basically reduce my loss from lets say £50 to about £15-£20. That way when that good game comes where the odds hit about 6.0 for over 0.5 goals first half then it wipes away the loss with the dripped in stake provided a goal comes in. I have backtested it in my own way but its more in play and i am more of an in play trader so i can still keep my eye, but finding the games i need help, hopefully you can advise me, thanks

    @Andrew-Dobinson 80% is high for FHG you may not get many selections that aren't super short odds, maybe go 75%

    HI @Martin, i've canned the martins O1.5 strategy, the margins are just too thin for me. Looking thought the stats tho. Since feb 2022 (667 games) FH goal is at 73% Av. Odds 1.38. Without filtering for FH goals is that a good starting point?
    Thinking filters
    H1 goal over 80%, and 1st Goal time. While recording all other stats.

    @Martin started this filter a few weeks ago and found it slim pickings but good quality so far. Too small a sample size to judge yet. I've also added an odds filter to below 3.95 which further restricts picks. one temptation I'm always battling with is to constantly tinker with the filters. I never leave them long enough to get a good sample size. Need to do better on that front. the alternative being to start a new strategy but you end up with dozens very quickly

    @Martin @IanS What a great idea for a thread. so helpful! I've also been experimenting with this strategy and started with these exact filters, so I thought I would add that a good additional filter to use (or even on it's own) is the 1H 1st goal average time. I set mine to 30 mins or greater which indicates a slow starting team. I've got mine set only on h2h matches which helps find lower odds a lot of the time.

    @Martin @Daniel-franceschi I've been looking at this as well. I added: overall 0-0 HT > 40% (which I used on my own filter of overall 0-10 goals scored <5% and have success on a very small number of games) which narrowed the results down. I'm going to look at SOT and corners in first half.

    This is my first strategy do really keen to learn from it.

    Also, I'm interested in this strategy being made into an automation but unsure of how the human analysis of the first 10 mins of goals, dangerous attracts, and SOT can be compensated for.

    Any thoughts or tips would be much appreciated 👍

    @Martin Hi so im after something similar. Would like to find games were a goal isnt scored in the 1st 10 mins of a match. So under 5% of the time? Trying to copy what youve done with this filter but cant get it to work. Thanks

    @Daniel-franceschi filter-settings (15).txt

    Low scoring teams 0-20 you may want to add some more filters to make it a bit better

    Hi,
    What is the best strategy to use to scalp say the first 10-15mins of a football game - so i'm looking for teams that don't score/concede within this time period 70% of the time?
    Thanks Danny

    There's also a "points" filter in the "Totals" section, which is just their total points for the season.

    @Martin Thanks, Martin. In the match odds markets it would certainly be useful to compare two teams relatively rather than just their standalone stats.
