    HI Again Everyone.

    I'm slowly working my way through the training and I'm also placing bets on the Set and Forget and other Profitable Filters.
    But, there is another question I have and that is, does the filters take into account, late team news?
    What I mean is, does it automatically update after the team news has been released?

    I haven't started studying the filters yet, so, this maybe just another newbie silly question, but if say, a team has a strong likelihood of scoring and going on to win the match, but 1/2 hour before the game, their star player is no longer playing, does this get updated in the filters? And, Is it updated immediately?

    It doesn't the way I work it is this, get them in the morning (I'm doing it now) go through the filters add them to my list, then start to research the players playing etc... then I just double check before the game starts.

    Hi Tom , Dave is correct the filters provide your with your selections based on stats , you then need to analyise your potential list with team news etc . It gives you a starting point

    @david-milligan Thanks mate.

    I suppose if you just literally follow the set and forget, the odd unforeseen change will just average out in the wash, as long as you are profitable in the long run.

    @david-milligan

    I would agree with this 100%, I personally use the filters to narrow my search down to potential games that I could be interested in.

    @tom-2 Hi Tom, I don't think it does - from what I can see most of the experienced guys use the filters as a starting point for further research and will whittle down the selections based on things like injuries, team selection etc. Obviously depends on whether you take a purely quantitative set and forget strategy or not. But I don't think the filters will be sensitive enough to pick things like that up.
