Settings then monitoring settings. Refresh rate needs to be 300ms and then look at time before event for monitoring and set it to what you need.

If you have an issue, it's obviously always worth reporting it. Today's was a different issue to yesterday. If you can use the support button in the software to log an actual support ticket, you'll get a reply when we resolve the ticket.
So many people logged tickets about today's issue that I responded with a mass "Everyone" tag on here instead.

@tristan-hall That is what the problem is, nothing comes up, and the cloud download button doesn't download anything.

Have you tried clicking the daily qualifers? the star symbol top right.

I'm getting the same. I tried running a single strategy in the software, because that gives the qualifiers too, but all I get is a big Red error message.

Thought I was going mad! Glad I'm not the only one who cant access the horse racing stats - was waiting close to the off for more "accurate" qualifiers...

Horse racing stats down again, showing same issue as yesterday.

@rachel-dawes maybe an outage? think this is the first day ive seen the BFBM sync maybe thats causing it? @Adam any thoughts?
