I would say don't worry about trading loads to build your bank, I know you want a bigger bank but focus on the process and the bank will grow.

brilliant reply mate. :)) well, im quiet new. I've been a mug punter doing my nuts since i was 20. im 51 now. i started to discipline myself, learning to trade rather than bet. for example, see a 20% green as a nice profit and cash out, rather than take a chance and stay in and lose my stake.
i have an over 1.5 filter which has done really well in early stages, 35 bets only 4 losses. also over 2.5 filter is doing good too.i feel i should have traded each one, which i didn't. I'm purposely keeping my bank low around 800 because my gamblers instincts might kick in if i trade higher amounts. im trying to get into the habit of taking any green as a good trade even if 5% profit. BUT i want to trade lots, 10 to 15 a day. and increase my bankroll now. which is why i asked the question. you guys are obviously successful so who better to ask.
